Material and labour Sub main wiring with 6 Sqmm (Nominal area) with two runs (Red for phase and Black for neutral) of single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor cables 1100 V grade drawn through and including PVC concealed conduit of adequate size but not less than 25mm dia including 6 sqmm (nominal area) single core, PVC insulated, multistranded, unsheathed, FRLS copper conductor green in colour as earth wire and duly connected to earth point complete as in repair complete all as specified and as directed. Note- One run PVC conduit, two runs main cable and one run of earth wire shall be measured as one unit length.

Material and labour for earthing complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of 60 cm x 60 cm x 6mm thick buried directly in ground [earth pit not less than 2.25 metre deep below normal ground level] with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized earth wire of 4mm dia by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel all as shown in electrical plate No. 3 of MES SI Part I all as specified and testing on completion including provision of earth lead protected by 15 mm dia light grade GI pipe & watering pipe shall be 20 mm bore medium grade GI pipe including all excavation and earth work, PCC pit with RCC cover, char coal, salt, funnel etc including taking down old earthing complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Rate quoted by tenderers shall be deemed to include for following provisions-[i]. Excavation & earth work in any type of soil including removing of surplus material upto 50 m. [ii].PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate in pit & 40mm thick precast RCC 1:2:4 type B1 cover 50x50 cm with 8mm TMT bars @ 10 cm C/C both ways with handles.[iii].
