Material & labour for supply, transporting, erecting truly in vertical position and fixing of steel tubular pole swaged, over all length 9 metres, type 410 – SP – 31 complete with mild steel base plate, pole cap, finial taper plug, MS bolts, nuts & washers, and painting of pole with two coats of anti corrosive black bituminous paint through out internally and externally upto planting depth (embedded in concrete) and including painting of exposed surfaces of Pole (Full length of pole) with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer, and painting of 05 Nos. bands / strips of 30 cm wide each with two coats of synthetic enamel paint (black & yellow) at a distance of 30 cm from plinth block upto 1500 mm height and marking / sign writing of pole number and feeders locations of pole with thick synthetic enamel paint (white) complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : PCC and earth work, MS bracket for fixing light fitting shall be meassured and paid separately under respective items of BOQ.

Supply, Laying, Testing and Commissioning of LT cable XLPE insulated screened PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables 16 Sqmm 04 core (heavy duty) 1100 Volts grade with stranded Aluminium conductor complete all as specified & directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 90 Watt LED light fitting made of pressure die cast aluminium alloy for housing heat sink for effective thermal management studyness excellent corrosion resistance cable gland is used for maintaining ingressprotection epoxy powder coated grey colour finish after phosphochromate treatment, tempered protective toughened glass, thermal shock and impact resistance fixed to the housing with SS screws. High efficacy long life LED module with the SMD LED package mounted on MCPCB with lumen efficacy of LED >140 lumen/Watt with PC lens to ensure better uniformity of light distribution, ambient temperature 35 degree celcius .and system lumen 9000 for above. Power by built in isolated electronic driver SMPS base constant current supply with lower THD, output open slash short circuit protection , Over voltage protection , Phase to phase protection , surge voltage protection 10 KVA. with IK 07 and IP 66 protection, CCT 5700K CRI more than 70 THD<10%, SPD 10 KVA for internal and external 10 KVA extra should be fixed with fitting, PF> 0.95 IP66 IK07 protection with life of 50000Hrs @ L70 operating temp -10 degree to +50 degree input supply voltage range 140/270V frequency 50/60Hz . Driver safety requirement standard: IS 15885/2/13, driver performance requirement IS 16104. Photobiological safety norms IS 16108. Certification LM 79 for luminar LM 80 for LED. And warranty should be 5 Years on site. Note :- Contractor shall produce the Genuineness and warranty certificate from the manufacturer. 2. Contractor will arrange /provide suitable ladder (Telescopic/Hydra) with technicians for fixing of street lights.

Supply and fixing of MS brackets made of 1.5 metres long galvanized iron pipe of 40mm dia light grade complete with nut bolts washers etc inclusive of one primer coat one under coat and one finishing coat of silver paint including MS clamps two Nos in each brackets complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge .

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil, not exceeding 1.5 metres wide and not exceeding 1.5 metres in depth for foundation/cable trench/laying of pipe line/taking out pipe, erection of poles etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. not exceeding 10 sqm on plan and not exceeding 1.5 m in depth and getting out complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Returning, filling in, including spreading leveling, watering and well ramming the excavated soil in layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Removal of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metre distance and depositing as directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above starting point complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for Sand cushioning to UG cable 40cm wide 15cm and 10cm thick above and below the cable with clean dry fine sand unwashed including gently punning around cables in trenches for cable protection complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and laying burnt brick sub class 'B' modular size, for cable protection laid length wise perpendicular to the axis of cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of thermoplastic polycarbonate cable junction box hinged door type of size 200x160x90 mm for 3Phase and N incoming cable 3 Phase and N outgoing cable and single Pole and N connection for light fitting with terminal block with cage and clamp system (screw less) shock proof sage IP-65 weather proof rust dust and water proof internally embeded gasket with provn for cable entry through gland along with MS clamp and mounting brackets as required at site complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour PVC insulated PVC Sheathed multi stranded copper conductor wire 1.5 sqmm size twin core complete for drawing through pole for making connection to street light fitting provided on poles upto junction box incl thimbles complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of 50mm GI pipe of light grade including cutting in pieces for fixing with pole with suitable size clamps complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:4:8 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation for poles, mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in foundation for poles, mass concrete including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing street light distribution outdoor panel with canopy single door vertical type made out of CRCA MS sheet with thickness not less than 3 mm surface with insulated material like polysofer or with epoxy powder coating surface mounting TPN 4 way,415 Volt with copper bus bar rating 200Amps for R,Y,B,N phases dust and vermin proof suitable for incorporation of MCCB and IP43-IK09 profection with and including 100Amps 16KA 4 Pole MCCB including angle iron support legs and foundation work for the legs (including excavation and doing PCC 1:2:4). The size of the panel should not be less than 600mmx400mmx200mm, and height of the panel should be atleast 300mm above ground level. the angle iron for support should be minimum 35 mm x 35mm x 5 mm thick complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing Switch socket combination 2 in 1, 5 pin, 5 and 16 Amp flush type universal complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing for Storage water heater (Geyser) of 25 litres capacity 230V AC, 50HZ having element of 2 KW of COPPER/INCOLOY alloy , Rust proof outer body, high density PUF insulation, BEE 5 Star Rated , Inner tank of stainless steel 304 which can sustain pressure of minimum 8 Bar working pressure and having multifunction safety valve, making electric and water connection complete all as specified including dismantling and taking down the old unserviceable geyser and depositing it to E/M Yard complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of brass chormium plated angle valve, fancy type of size 15mm dia screwed down for high pressure, complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing plug top 3 pin 16 Amp including connection with existing cable complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing of PVC Connection (Hot) of size 15 mm, 600 mm long complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material & labour for sub main wiring with 1100 volt grade two single core PVC insulated and unsheathed cable with stranded copper conductor cable FRLS 2.5 sqmm drawn into and including electrical grade PVC conduit not less than 25 mm dia with IS 9537 (Part-III) 1983 mark, or relevant ISI mark with all accessories fixed concealed including chase cutting in brick/ stone masonry for fixing conduit and making good the disturb surfaces of wall as per existing including 2.5 sqmm multi - stranded copper conductor cable FRLS 2.5 sqmm as earth wire in green colour complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. Note : Two runs of main wire and one run of earth wire & casing shall be measured and paid as one length.

Supply and fixing Modular Fan regulator step type 120 watts 2 Module size complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for point wiring complete with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated but unsheathed multistranded copper conductor FRLS cable 1100 volts grade IS-694 (Phase- Red/Blue/Yellow, Neutral - Black and earth continuity conductor - Green) drawing through existing steel /PVC conduit and terminated in existing terminal box with 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover for fixing of switches, sockets and fan regulator including continuous earth wire with 1.5 sqmm PVC insulated 1100 volt grade IS-694 FRLS multi stranded but unsheathed copper conductor cable connected to main earth dolly for one Light/ Fan/Exhaust fan point controlled by one switch/regulator complete all as specified and directed by the Engineer in Charge. .
