Material and labour for Plain cement concrete type C2, 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Supply and fix Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick(TFT) of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as in roof covering completec all as specified and as directed.Note:Make of Galvalume sheet:Tata Blue scope Ltd/Jindal (Colouron)/Llyod

Supply and fix Mild Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel section for hold fast, wind ties etc confirming to Gde Fe 290 (Gde-E-165 ) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparation of newly painted steel surface of any descripation over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat ofzinc chrome red oxide primer etc.complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing roof treatment with APP modified water proofing membrane with the following specifications :

(a)Removing existing roof/ chajja treatment of any description and thickness including taking down existing plastering/ concrete of any thickness and cleaning the top surface of RCC slab with wire brush including removal of debris outside of MOD premises. (b)Brushing with neat cement slurry @ 3Kg/Sqm on cleaned RCC slab surfaces and rendering 10 mm thick in CM 1:3 mixed with approved water proofing compound and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately (c)Preparation of plastered surfaces by removing dust, dirt and applying oil bound bituminous primer at the rate of 0.3 litre per Sqm and providing APP modified water proofing membrane 4mm thick and weight not less than 4.5kg/ sqm reinforced with non oven polyester mat weight not less than 160gms per Sqm including minimum 10cm side/ over lap & including applying a coat of blown hot bitumen grade 85/25 over membrane at 1.2kg per Sqm & on drying apply a coat of solar reflective bituminous aluminium paint at the rate of 0.1kg/sqm.

(d) NOTE: APP modified water proofing membrane shall be of any one of the approved makes as specified here-in-after and shall confirm to specifications given in IS 16540-2017/ IS 16532-2017. Contractor shall produce necessary test certificate from the manufacturer to the Engineer-in-charge before incorporation in the work. Necessary independent tests shall also be carried out by the contractor without any extra cost to the Deptt as per relevant IS specifications and membranes with satisfactory test results shall only be incorporated in the work.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 25 mm thick as in sub base floor/levelling course including necessary steel form wolrk complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only water proofing compound .Note:Make :Impermo/Roff/Cico

Material and labour for Powder coated aluminium frame work as in doors, windows, ventilators and partitions with one or more rebates using standard aluminium extruded sections including provision of joining cleats ,glazing clips, hinges, handles, etc.compete all as specified and as directed. Notes: (i) All the aluminium sections provided under this item shall be measured and converted into weight for payment with the designated unit weight mentioned in the manufacturer's catalogue for the corresponding aluminium sections/ fittings.

(ii) The rate quoted shall be deemed to include necessary grouting/ embedding of the aluminium frames/ supports into floors/ walls and making good the disturbed surfaces to match with the existing surfaces and provision of necessary rubber gaskets. (iii) Particle board/ glass panels wherever required shall be measured and paid separately. (iv) Make of Aluminium section : Jindal/Hindalco/Indal (v) Minimum thickness of Powder coating shall be of 50 Microns

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls built in cement mortar including raking out joints,hacking for key ,scrubbing down with water etc and removal of debris off the premises complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on PCC block masonry surfaces and finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1: 4 mixed with water proofing compound over 10mm thick backing coat in cement mortar 1:6 on other than fair faces of brick work or stone masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately."

Material and labour for hard core with broken stone or boulders of gauge not exc 63 mm deposited spread and levelled in layers not exc 15 cm thick and well rammed to a true surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:4:8 type D2, ( using 40 mm graded stone aggregate ) 50 mm thick as in sub base to floor , finishing the surfaces even and fair without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc., of required strength, thickness and size/shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour and pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping with extra sand etc, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for PCC 1:2:4 type B0, (using12.5 mm graded stone aggregate ) as in kerbs/on edges including necessary steel form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Rubber coated chequered cement concrete tile of size 30cm x 30cmx 25mm thick, with grey cement and pigments, with glossy finish on top set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry laid over and including 15mm thick screed bed in cement mortar 1:6, etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100mm thick PCC(1:2:4) type B1,(using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as sub base and surface finished even and smooth with using extra cement complete all as spd.

Removing excavated soil n.exc 50 m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point completeall as specified and as directed .

Excavation in trenches n. exc. 1.5 m wide and n. exc. 1.5 m in depth for foundation and getting out in Hard/dense soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Plain cement concrete type D2, 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in foundation and mass concrete complete all as specified and as directed

Material and labour for Preparation of newly plastered walls, pillasters, cornices etc and applying two coats of cement based paint (over a coat of chalk whitening primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling Watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25cm complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Rolled mild steel angle fixed independently, without connecting plates, etc and embedding in concrete post and struts in fencing including securing bolts incl cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh) confirming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel TMT bars of FE 550 D 10mm dia and over, cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as specified and as directed

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and as directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanised fencing, any size or type

Supply and fix Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) of 05 to 10 mm dia with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut,length of bolt not exceeding 5 cm long complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix Mild steel flat for screwing chain link fencing including securing bolts and similar work conforming to Fe -290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.
