OUTSOURCING SERVICES FOR CONSERVANCY AND HOUSEKEEPING SERVICES FOR MES OFFICES AND INSTALLATION UNDER GE (I) CAMPBELL BAY

Providing services for cleaning of office premises of GE (I) Campbell Bay office ,premises of AGE B/R-I, AGE B/R-II , BSO , AGE E/M & E/M Installation with and including room, toilet, bathroom corridor messing area, roof area, small saucer drain around the bldg/ complex, cleaning of window panes, doors, cleaning of tables, rearranging of furniture after cleaning, removal of cutting of shrubs etc during office hour by employing 02 (Two) person / staff for regular shift (0800 hrs to 1600 hrs) throughout the month excluding sunday and holidays. Note : The contractor quote rate against the above item shall also be deemed to include the following elements. i) The contractor shall provide all clean of hygienic materials like broom, wipers, phenol, Colin etc for cleaning purpose, T&P for cutting of shrubs etc.(ii) All the rooms, corridors, toilet, bathroom etc shall for cleaned daily (excluding Sunday/Holiday) with broom. Bathroom/Toilet shall be cleaned daily with broom first and then cleaned by using water mixed phenol etc shall be done daily and other area outside of office once in a week

Providing services for data entry operator in the office of GE(I) Campbell Bay, offices of AGE B/R-I ,AGE B/R-II, AGE E/M, BSO and E1 to E8 Section including maintaining of report and returns, completion of data generation of reports & keeping records of progress of work during office hours by employing 02 (Two) person/staff for regular shift (0830 to 1630 hrs) throughout the month excluding sunday/holiday. Note: The contractor quoted rate against the above item shall also be deemed to include the following elements. i) The person/staff employed shall be well aware of computer/software appreciation etc.ii)The contractor shall provide writing materials pen/pencil etc

Providing services for updating of filing system, opening of new files according to main heading of subject, filing of letters , numbering of letter, maintaining / preparing of docket/index sheet, giving brief heading of letters, stacking of files job/CA wise, up keeping of old files by tagging and maintaining record of closed files as per approval/ discretion of section officer during office hours by employing two(02) person/ staff for regular shift (0830 to 1630 hrs) throughout the month excluding sunday/ holiday. Note: The contractor shall provide writing material like pen/pencil etc

Providing services for photocopying of various office documents and multiple copies of letters in the office of GE (I) Campbell Bay during office hours by employing one (01) person/staff for regular shift (0830 to 1630 hrs) throughout the month excluding Sunday/holidays. Note: The staff employed shall be well aware of the Job/ Photostat equipment’s.
