Boring of holes under road, pavement, runway upto 4 mtr depth (As per site requirement) from ground level/ runway, hard standing by trenchless technology using ultra sounding technique and necessary machine for laying of HDPE pipe of 200mm dia complete all as specified and as directed. Note : HDPE pipe shall be measured and paid separately.
Construction of valve chamber of Internal size 1200mm x 1200mm x 1200mm deep with 200mm thick PCC block masonary walls built in CM 1:6 over 100 mm thick foundation concrete in PCC 1:4:8 type D2, (Using 40 mm graded coarse aggregate) with 100 mm off sets, 15mm thick complete internal plaster and external plaster up to a depth of 15 cm below GL in CM (1:6), 3 mm thick MS sheet cover, double door welded to 50 mm x 50 mm x 6mm MS angle frame fixed with hold fasts, 20mm x 6mm flat iron hinges with locking arrangement MS handles and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer to all steel surfaces including excavation & earth work in any type of soil /soft disintegrated rock and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 Mtr complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
Supply and lay pipe galvanized, “Heavy class”, including fittings, 100 mm (4”) dia all as specified and directed by Engineer in charge.

The panels shall be factory made, double door, made out of 3.15 mm thick MS sheet totally enclosed dust, vermin and rust proof front operated, front and rear opening with locking arrangement fixed with MS angle iron frame of size 50X50X5 mm duly embedded in PCC platform and duly powder coated with 7 tank process with colour as directed including internal wiring with multistranded copper conductor cable of suitable size incl lugs and cable gland to incoming and outgoing cable all as directed at site and comprising of the following

SCHEDULE 'A' PART - II (EXTERNAL ELECTRIC SUPPLY) Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in deep and getting out in hard/dense soil for laying underground cable, foundation etc complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning, filling in with excavated soil, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm complete all as specified and as directed.
Returning and filling of trenches in two parts (i) using riddled soil obtained from excavated soil upto depth of 30cm (8cm below cable and remaining above cable) for cushioning of cable and (ii) refilling the trench of remaining depth with normal excavated soil all as specified and directed. Note: - Excavated soil shall be riddled by using sieve to separate composite particles etc as per IS 1255-1983 and refilling in trenches as in cable cushioning.
Removing excavated material to a distance not exceeding 50 metre and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 metre above the starting point all as directed

Supply, install, testing and commissioning of Transformer trolley mounted of capacity 630 KVA, step down, Outdoor type 11 KV/0.433 KV,50 Hz, 3-phase AC double copper wound, oil immersed, Oil Naturally Air Naturally (ONAN) cooled with external cooling tubes, transformer delta connection on HV side and star connection on LV side in accordance with vector symbol DyN-11 (vector group 4) and having tapping of + or - 7.5% in equal step of 2.5 % changed by means of off load tap changing arrangement and impedance not more than 4.5%. The voltage regulation shall be as per IS including first fill of transformer oil including all fittings /accessories as specified in SSR Part -I and IS -1180. The transformer should have cable box on both HT & LT side and brass bushing rod on both HT & HT side . The limit of temp rise after continuous full load run as specified in SSR part-I and as per latest IS -1180 (2014), Level 3 with total losses should not be more than 1637 W of at 50% and 4438 W at 100% load shall be suitably adjusted to suit the maximum ambient temp prevailing at site all as specified comprising with and including the following specifications:-
(i) Type of connection arrangement :- MS cable termination box on both HT and LT side. Cable box on LT side consisting of 04 Nos porcelain bushing with brass bushing rods and nuts washerwith extended neutral terminal with bushing on the transformer body for terminating earthing strip and suitable for terminating of cable LT 1100 Volt grade XLPE insulated heavy duty Aluminium including gland joint complete (ii) Cable terminal box HV grade suitable to make termination with 3 core 95/120 sqmm XLPE HT Cable. (iii) Oil Conservator with filter type drain valve and oil level guage. (iv) Thermometer Pocket (v) Two Earthing Terminal on tank body to facilitate fixing of 32x6mm GI strip. (vi) One No Thermometer Dial type vapour pressure type having range 0-120 degree centigrade with maximum temperature indicator and re-setting device to maximum temperature including needle of temperature gauge : Max reading painted terminal. (vii) Rating plate with terminal marking plate. (viii) Oil drain filter valve. (ix) Oil filling port on top cover with plug. (x) Air release valve/plug. (xi) First fill of transformer oil conforming to relevant IS 335.1993 (Fourth revision) and with dielectric strength more than 50 KV (xii) Inspection cover. (xiii) Lifting lugs and jack lifting pad support. (xiv) Explosion vent with double diaphragm and sight glass. (xv) Silica gel breather or with connecting pipe, first fill of dehydrating agent. (xvi) Hand hole of sufficient size to assess the interior of the tank. (xvii) Cover lifting eyes. (xviii) Oil temperature indicator of approved range, including shut of valve between conservator and main tank. (xix) Drain valve with threaded adaptor. (xx) Filter valve with threaded adaptor. (xxi) Extra bushing for neutral out side the LV side cable terminal box. Note: 1. All routine tests/Pre commissioning tests to be carried out at site after Installation of transformer in presence of Rep of Accepting Officer. 2.OEM Test certificate shall be furnished by the contractor as per relevant IS. 3.GA drawing and Design drawing shall be submitted for approval of Accepting Officer before placing Order.

Supply and installation, testing and commissioning of HT 11 KV, rated voltage 12 KV, 630 Amp, 21 KA / 3 Sec outdoor type extensible internal arc 21 KA for 1 sec for Tank floor mounted with internal copper busbar, SF6 insulated completely motorized 4 way RMU consisting of 01 Nos VCB 630 Amps as incomer and 03 No 630 Amp VCB as outgoing SCADA compatible, over load and earth fault protection relay with air insulated metering module (MFM for VCB feeders) all live parts busbar, VCB connections of RMU shall be inclusive in one SF6 tank to avoid multiple inter connections SF6 tank shall be sealed for life robotically welded non magnetic and non ferrite stainless steel grade 304 min 2.5 mm thick having IP-67 degree of protection filled with SF6 gas has insulation with leakage rate less than 0.1% per year tested as per IEC 62271 200 I No fault passage indicator (FPI) required for complete unit manual welding or hermetic ceiling of tank shall be not accepted. The unit shall have front cable entry (suitable for termination of 1 hr x 3C 95/120/150 Sqmm cable) for easy of installation and shall have site replaceable bushing for easy of trouble shooting during break down. RMU should be completed with all accessories such as terminal boots, VPIS, cable supports, all front cable terminations, mechanical indications vacuum circuit breakers ON/OFF, Manometer as per with IEC standards 62271200, 60056, 60129, 60265, 60298, 60420, 60529 & 60694 altitude of installation upto 1000 m as per IEC 60120 bushing bolted type top monitored outside the tank for connections of external busbar also the outer includes shall cover the full length of the switchgear, to ensure IP3X + IP-54 protection for cable boxes the unit shall be internal arc proof 24 KA for 1 sec with AFLR classification tested and totally safe for human being. The gas release and personnel safety from internal arc shall not dropped on plinth design the release of gas to be from the top the unit . So that even if the person is operating the unit opening the cover and there are personnel near the side of the RMU / plinth top release will ensure their safety.
The hot gas release in case of an internal arc, in No of case should be from any side or bottom of the unit as the same if unsafe for operating personnel / pedesrial or general public. Bidder shall provide type test report to be prove compliance to the internal arc fault IAC-AFLR as per IEC62271-200 internal arc testing shall be done with enclsolure door in open conditions , with switching devise in operations mode as per specified standard RMU. Material and labour for dismantling, shifting and re-installation of Existing RMU 3 Way in new location with complete incomer/outgoing connections including leveling of old foundation complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
