Item No.1:-Excavation for roadway in earth, soil of all sorts, sand, gravel or soft murum including dressing section to the required grade, camber and side slopes and conveying the excavated materials with all lifts upto a lead of 50m. and spreading for embankment or stacking as directed. Item No.2:- Conveying materials obtained from road cutting including all lifts, for a lead of 2.00 km. inclusive, from the site of excavation to the site of deposition as directed. Addnl. Item No.3:-Supplying trap/granite/quartzite/gneiss stone metal of required size by bringing the boulders / Rubble at the road side breaking them to required gradation including conveying the boulders /Rubble and stacking the broken metal etc. complete . (Prior approval of sample stack of broken metal by the Ex. Engineer is necessary the date of approval will form part of the measurements ) a)40 mm Metal, By breaking Boulders (Hand broken). Item No.4:- Supplying hard murum / kankar at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete. Additional Spec No. As directed by Engineer in charge (SSR 22-23 It.No.2.29a)

Item No.5:- Supplying soft murum at the road site, including conveying and stacking complete Additional Spec. No. As directed by Engineer in charge (SSR 22-23 It.No.2.29b)

Item No.6:--Spreading 80/40 mm metal for road work including sectionong etc complete as directed by Engineer in charge .Additional Spec. No. As directed by Engineer in charge (SSR 22-23 It.No.50.58 )

Item No.7:- Spreading hard murum / soft murum / gravel or kankar for side width complete. Additional Spec. No. As directed by Engineer in charge (SSR 22-23 It.No.2.30 )

Item No.8:-Compacting the sub grade / gravel / size metal (100 mm loose) layers for all widths with Power roller having weight 8 to 10 MT. including necessary, labour, materials and artificial watering complete. Additional Spec. No. As directed by Engineer-in-charge (SSR 22-23 It.No. 50.61 )

Item No.9:-Compacting the hard murum side widths including laying in layers on each side with vibratory roller including artificial watering etc. complete. Additional Spec.No. As directed by Engineer in charge (SSR 22-23 It.No.2.31 )

Item No.10:-Providing and laying in situ / ready mix cement concrete of M-10 proportion with trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal in foundation including necessary form work, compacting and curing etc. complete. (with reversible drum type mixer with SCADA with fine agreegates of required specifications (Natural sand / VSI sand finely washed etc ) Additional Spec. No. CD.-3 Page.No. 160 (SSR 22-23 It.No.11.02 )

Item No.11:-Providing and laying in situ / ready mix M20 CC of trap/ granite/ quartzite/ gneiss metal for wearing course 8cm thick including compacting, finishing, curing and filling in joints with bitumen etc. complete. (with fully automatic micro processor based PLC with SCADA enabled concrete batch mix plant / pan mixer with fine agreegates of required specifications ( VSI sand finely washed etc ) Additional Spec. No.BR.47(a) Page Number 140 and B. 7, Page Number38 (SSR 22-23 It.No.14.39 )

Item No.13:-Royalty charges for supply of Sand, Rubble, Murum, soil, 60mm./ 40mm metal (Hand broken) as per the Government of Maharashtra Revenue and Forest Department Gazette No. 146 Dt. 04 June 2021 States that the Royalty charges of Rs. 600/- per Brass (i.e. Rs. 211.95 /cum) are to be considered.The surcharge levied on Royalty shall also be payable to the contractor in following manner Royalty charges on all minor minerals do not form part of Rate Abstract and shall be reimbursed separately on production of proof to that effect. The Superinting Engineer, PWD may modify and circulate Royalty charges in case of any modifcations are made by Govt. of Maharashtra Royalty charges in case of any modifications are made by Govt. of Maharashtra Royalty charges against estimated quantity shall be included on Recapitulation sheet a) For sand= Royalty + Surcharge (2%) + Disst. Mineral Fondation cess (10%) =211.95+423+21.19=237.37 per cum b) For all Other Minerals= Royalty + Surcharge (2%) =211.95+4.23 = 216.18 cum Other Material

Item No.14:-Laboratory testing charges for various material on the basis of testing frequency and charges fixed by Vigilance & Quality Control Circle for the current year For Specific tests like span load tests, plate/ pile load test etc. which are not included in the rate of item, the rates for these tests will be prepared on the basis of rates approved by M.E.R.I./any competent institute of Govt. of Maharashtra or Govt. of India.
