Sub Head : II -Access Control System Biometric Finger Print Reader: Supply Installation Testing and Comissioning of IP based Biometric finger reader cum controller having inbuilt smartcard readers with pin pad complete power supply unit etc. as per the detailed technical specification attached for Doors. The reader log data should be transferred to server on real time basis.The reader should be capable of both enrolment purpose and access control purpose with minimum 500 users capacity.

The cameras shall use the 1/3 inch format CMOS/CCD imager and shall have a 3.6mm lens on suitable moulded box.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of Indoor FIXED IP IR bullet Camera having HD resolution 2MP or better Low light colour cameras with sensitivity of minimum 0.12 lux in color mode & 0.03 lux in B/W mode along with power supply unit. The cameras shall use the 1/3 inch format CMOS/CCD imager and shall have a 3.6mm lens, IR range upto 40m.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of 8 channel Full HD Network Video Recorder, linux based operating system, with network port, HDMI port for display, etc, 2Nos SATA port built-in web browser .

Supply Installation Testing and Comissioning 20" diagonal, 1920 x 1080 pixels LCD monitoring screen with all mounting bracket, with suitable ports etc as per the specification.

Sub Head : IV Intelligent Building Management System Intelligent Building Management System Software: Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of web based GUI IBMS Software based on Open Network architecture, to be installed on access server with unlimited client viewing license for recording 3 years data or more. The IBMS should integrate Precision Air-Conditioning Units (2no.s), DDC Controllers, UPS(2no.s), Energy Meter (1no.s), DG Panel(2no.s), Fire Alarm System (Hardwired), Security System alarm and notification (Hardwired). The alarms and faults in Fire Alarm System and Access control system should flow to IBMS.The alarms as indicated in IO summary should be available in IBMS system. The firms offering soft integration for hardwired points is also acceptable without extra cost.

Supply Installation Testing and Commissioning of standalone Intelligent UL Listed BTL certified freely programmable DDC having built-in Lonworks / BACnet gateway for connecting third party devices Precision Air-Conditioning Units (2no.s), DDC Controllers, UPS(2no.s), Energy Meter (1no.s), DG Panel(2no.s), Fire Alarm System (Hardwired), security System alarm and notification (Hardwired).

Temperature cum Humidity Sensor of Resistance Temperature Detection Type of PT 1000 / NI 1000/ NTC 20k with builtin LCD display for Temperature & RH.These shall be two wire type sensors.The accuracy shall be at least + 1 o C over the range and as per the detailed specification enclosed and Relative Humidity sensors shall capacitance type with an effective sensing range of 10% to 90%. The accuracy shall be ± 5 % or better complete as required as per detailed specifications attched.

Supply and laying of ISI marked copper conductor FRLS 4 core 1.0sqmm PVC sheathed cable with all accessories.

Supply and laying of CAT-6 cable with all accessories (make: Polycab or Similar superior make).

Supply and laying of ISI marked FRLS 2 core 1.5sqmm copper conductor PVC sheathed shielded armoured cable with all accessories in the existing surface/recessed PVC Conduit.

Supplying and fixing of 25mm size of medium class ISI marked FRLS PVC conduit along with accessories in surface/recess including cutting the wall and making good the same in case of recessed conduit as required.
