Repairs to Plastering, mosaic tiles, Dado, Kota stone, Granite, Marble etc and Repair Maint of internal electric wiring of certain areas at Hosp bldg at CHNC under GE (Utilities) Udhampur

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, arpons etc, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition of cement concrete in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) all as specified and removing demolished material out of MD land, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Demolition floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing coat) and rubbish off the premisis, complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Granite (of any type) tiles 20mm thick machine cut in floors bedded and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete and including 20 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

20mm thick Granite (of any type) tiles machine cut, in skirting/ dado laid over cement screed and jointed with grey cement slurry, and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing and inclsuding 10mm thick backing coat complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Machine cut kota stone slab flooring 20-25mm thick over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete and including 20 mm screed bed in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Item Ser No 6.00 here-in-before, but in riser of steps, skirting, dado and pillar etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Marble work (Broda green ) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, flooring and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble shade other than white and black over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Description all as per Item Ser No 8.00 here-in-before, but in riser of steps skirting dado and pillar etc including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Marble work (Makrana white) 18 to 20mm thick (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs, pillars, windowcills, cooking platforms, flooring and like in cement mortar (1:4) including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigment to match with marble over 15 mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.
