Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (1cement :1.5 sand :3 graded stone aggregate 20mm. nominal size) and curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for feinforced concrete work in:all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Suspended floors roofs, landings and shelves and their supports, balconies, beams, girders, bressumers and cantilevers upto floor two level.

Providing Tor steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work including bending, binding and placing in position complete upto all floor level with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Brick work using common burnt clay building bricks second class in foundation & plinth and Super-structure above plinth level upto & above floor all levels in Cement mortar 1:6 (one Cement:six Sand) with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

In superstructure including square and rectangualre pillars upto all heights.

Providing and fixing anodised aluminium work for door, window, ventilators and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular and other sections of approved make conforming to IS 733 and IS 1285 anodised transparent or dyed to required shade according to IS 1868. (Minimum anodic coating of grade AC 15) fixed with rawlplugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fastners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminium sections shall be smooth, rustfree, straight, mitred and jointed mechanically where ever required including cleast angle, aluminium, snap beading for glazinge/panelling C.P. brass/stainless steel screws. All complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-In-Charge. For doors windows and ventilatiors and glazed partitions frames with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

For shutters of doors windows & ventilators including providing and fixing hinges/ pivots and making provisions for fixing of fittings where ever required including the cost of PVC/neoprene gaskets as required (fittings and glazing/panelling shall be paid for separately)with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Extra for providing and fixing galvanised M.S. wire gauge of I.S. gauge designation No. 140 g to doors, window and clerestory windows with wire of dia 0.71 mm instead of I.S. gauge designation no. 85 g with wire of dia 0.56 mm with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing glazing in aluminium door, window, ventilator shutters and partition etc with PVC/neoprens gasket etc. complete B28 as per the architectural drawings and the directionsof Engineer-In_charge (cost of aluminium snap beading shall be paid in basic item.) Glazing with glass panes of 5.50mm thickness (weight not less than 13.75 kg/ sqm with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and laying Duro stone vetrified tiles (600x600mmx8mm) in grey/coloured of required shade in skirting risers of steps and dados on 12mm thick cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 sand) laid over and jointed with neat cement slurry finished with flush pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of required shade to match the shade of tiles complete,ncluding carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and as per the directions of Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying granite stone in flooring 20mm(average)thickness base of cement mortar 1:3(1cement: 3 sand) laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of granite stone i/c rubbing and polishing complete. 20mm.thick with in all leads & lifts and other incidental as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

6mm (six millimeter) cement plaster to ceiling including carriage of material with in all leads and lifts in: Cement Mortar 1:4(one cement: four sand)with in all leads & lifts and other incidental as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

20mm Cement plaster in single coat on rough side of brick/stone masonry for interior plastering upto floor two level including arrises,internal rounded angles,chamfers and/or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in girth and finished even and smooth.1:6 (one cement: six sand)with in all leads & lifts and other incidental as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

15 mm (fifteen millimetre) thick cement plasters in single coat on fair side of brick/concrete/stone walls for interior/exterior plastering upto all floor level including arises, internal rounded angles, chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm (Eighty milimetres) in girth and finished even and smooth with cement mortar 1:5 (one cement isto five sand) including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge in : cement mortar 1:5 (one cement: five sand ).

Providing and fixing on wall face PVC (D-Plast) rain water pipes of working pressure not less than 4.50 kg/sqm including filling the joints with approved adhesive complete:75mm dia pipes with in all leads & lifts and other incidentals as per approved design, drawing, specifications etc. and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.
