Name of Work : Comprehensive Annual Maintenance Contract of GVR make DUs installed at ROs/KSKs under Guwahati Divisional Office for a period of two years and extendable by further one year on mutual consent at the same rate, terms and conditions.
Tender No: RCC/ERO/37/2022-23/ST-13 Tender ID: 2022_ERO_162482_1 1. Party should quote by selecting EXCESS or LESS in the dropdown box and thereafter filling the percentage rate in figures only without any condition. In case party is intending to quote “at Par”, party must quote “0” in the space provided. Leaving the designated space for quoting percentage rate blank shall be taken as quoted “at par”. The party in their own interest should tally the quoted rate in words and quoted amount (in figures) which is displayed at the bottom of price bid sheet and calculated as per % rate quoted by the party. Name of bidder must also be provided at appropriate place in price bid. 2. Scanned/Photocopy of Price bid are not acceptable and such bids shall be summarily rejected. BOQ (Bill of Quantity) is to be submitted after making entries in white coloured cells, without changing any format 3. GST @ 18% will be paid extra. 4. VRS DUs are not a part of this tender. 5. Warranty / CAMC for Pulsar and associated software / hardware replaced / upgraded during up gradation of pulsar unit will be governed by the terms and conditions stipulated in pulsar up gradation tender and are not a part of this contract.
