Providing and placing in position prefabricated structure made up of 4 nos of G.I plates of size 600x600x6mm interconnected by G.I flat of size 50x3mm with necessary bolts and nuts and joints being made moisture proof with lead sheet between G.I plates and flats and providing and placing in position watering pipe of a 20mm dia G.I pipe of length 3.00m with funnel at top . The pit shall be excavated for a size of 2.0mx2.0mx 3.0m . The bottom 1.50 m shall be filled with sieved charcoal 20mm as per specification for earthing and remaining depth shall be refilled with excavated soil free from lumps as per specifications for earthing and as directed by the Engineer in charge. The galvanising shall be as per IS: 4759 with average mass of zinc coating of 610gm/sqm i.e approximately 85 micron

Providing and laying ring earth by excavating a trench of 300mm width and 1500mm depth and then laying a G.I strip of 50x3mm in the bottom of the trench and connecting it to all the tower legs with G.I strip of 50x3mm with GI bolts and nuts and also making provision for connecting ring earth to the lightening arrestor by providing 50x3mm G.I strip one end of which is connected to the ring earth by means of G.I bolts and nuts and other end left free above the earth with necessary bolts andholes including refiiling with fine soil complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing spike type lighting arrestor made of 16mm dia copper solid rod of 1.50m long with necessary fixtures at the top of tower. The spike shall be insulated by Teflon material and connected with proper plugging arrangement as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing strip size of 50x6mm without open joint (continuously welded) with necessary G.I clamps at every 1.00m interval (Porceline insulator bolts and nuts etc along with vertical runway including connecting with lighting spike at top of tower and earth at ground without overlap joint etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge . The rate includes all required labours materials and insurance coverage

Providing and fixing testing joint made of 50x6mm G.I strip 250mm long with 6 Nos G.I bolts and nuts and washers etc complete as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing and fixing RCC collar round or square type size upto 600mm600mmx50mm thick or 600mm dia , 600mm height with 50mm thick RCC cover and handle for earth chamber including 100mm thick RCC base slab, earthwork and refilling etc., complete and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Supplying and fixing LED aviation obstruction lamp of ISPL/INSTA POWER or equivalent approved make as per ICAO norms with light depedent reistance sensor day night automatic timer ) with necessary switches including all fixtures all as directed by the Engineer in charge

Double dome medium density flashing -red obstacle lighting system Type B at 60 metres height

Double dome low density flashing -red obstacle lighting system Type B at 30metres height

Painting with Luxol or equivalent high glass synthetic enamel paint (from 23000.00 Kg to 25000.00 Kg ) in two or more coats over and including a base coat of approved primer zinc phosphate or zinc chromate or equivalent over etch primer to the required colour and even shade
