Declaration on non-judicial stamp paper that the bidder, manufacturing firm, parent company, sister concerns, associated companies and his authorized dealers/service agents/stockiest have not been debarred/blacklisted by any Govt./Semi Govt./Corporation anywhere in country as per Annexure 2

Proof of execution of Mild Steel based mechanical works / supply of MS based components to any govt. department of at least Rs 15.00 Lakh in previous three financial years.

Production Capacity of the unit (Monthly Commitment of Supply on order) along with the delivery period as per Annexure 3

Manufacturing proof i.e. SSI Registration certificate/ Large medium Registration Certificate or any other in case of original manufacturer.

Test report as per requirement of NIT
