Supply , installation & commissioning MCB Load Distribution board TPN 6 way double door, for mounting DP/ SP/TP/ MCBs/MCCBsas Incoming / outgoing, factory made, confirming to IS, fabricated out of CRCA sheet , fitted with DIN channel, neutral link and suitable rated bus bar, DBs shall be semi glossy finished with epoxy polyester based powder paint sprayed and backed at high temperature, between powder paint process the sheet steel having to go through the anti rust conditioning in not less than seven tank process to ensure smooth finish and protection against corrosion atmosphere. The DBs shall be double door type with hinged door with locking arrangement. The DP/SP/TP MCB shall be of same make as DB. DB shall also be provided with label marking indicating the incoming and outgoing circuits on all way as specified. The DBs shall be of IP 43 - IK 09 with metal door complete all as specified and directed at site .

M & L for sand fillings in trenches as cable cushioning 8 cm below the cables and 15cm above the cable which is to be punned down to 10m all as specified and directed.only punned thickness will be measured.

Removing the surplus excavated materisl/soil to a distance not exc 50Mtrs and depositing, where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 Mtr above the starting point all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay burnt bricks sub class 'B' standard size laid across the cable in trenches as protection to the cable all as specified and directed.

Supply and install Cassete type AC indoor and outdoor unit with copper condensor complete with all fittings and fixture incl cordless remote control, copper gas pipe with inbuilt heating and cooling arrangement and digital invertor with rotary compressor copper coil single phase unit 220 Volts, 50 Hz of capacity 2.0 TR, vapour waste water pipe of suitable size, length as required at site of PVC medium grade including making good to the disturbed wall surface and complete testing after insulation, incl taking down existing AC any capacity/type and depositing the same to MES store all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge : Make :BLUE Star/DAIKIN/mitsubishi

M&L for earthing complete with GI steel earth plate electrod 60x60cmx6.00mm thick bouried directly in ground /earth pit not less than 2.25m deep below the ground level with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 m below the normal ground level connected to test point by using GI strip of size 25x4mm earthing lead soldering/revated to earth plate at one end and connected DB by means of nut, bolts etc complete with PCC pit (1:3:6) type GI cover with handle funnel with watering pipe wire mess GI protection pipe for earthing lead all complete as specified and as per electric plate No.5 of SSR Part I

Taking down fan, sealing cable end, dismantling blades and removing fan and blades to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed

Taking down exhaust fan of any make type & sweep including by opening mounting body nut, bolts, cable ends and depositing to MES store yard complete all as specified and directed

Taking out old LT cable of any description including earthwork, disconnecting all connections complete all as specified and directed

Taking up or down steel tubing 50/80 mm dia and connections,including cleaning for refixing or removal complete all as specified and directed.
