Providing and Fixing of Fencing for FCS Station

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) / manual means in foundation trenches or drains (not exceeding 1.5 m in width or 10 sqm on plan), including dressing of sides and ramming of bottoms, lift upto 1.5 m, including getting out the excavated soil and disposal of surplus excavated soil as directed, within a lead of 50 m. All kinds of soil

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level for the grade 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-III) : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size)

STEEL WORK FOR ANGLES: Structurals such as tees,angles channels and R.S. joists.

STEEL WORK FOR GATE FRAME (1 X 1.5m): Steel work welded in builtup sections by framed work including cutting,hosting ,fixing in position and applying a prime coat of approved steel primer using structural steel etc., as required in gratings, frames, guard bar, ladders, railings, brackets, gates and similar works.

Stainless steel butt hinges 100x58x1.9 mm IS : 12817 marked.

Fencing with angle iron post placed at required distance embedded in cement concrete blocks, every 15th post, last but one end post and corner post shall be strutted on both sides and end post on one side only and provided with horizontal lines and two diagonals interwoven with horizontal wires, of barbed wire weighing 9.38 kg per 100 m (minimum), between thetwo posts fitted and fixed with G.I. staples, turn buckles etc. complete. (Cost of posts, struts, earth work and concrete work to be paid for separately). Payment to be made per metre cost of total length of barbed wire used. With G.I. barbed wire.

Finishing with Epoxy paint (Two or more coats) at all location prepared and applied as per manufactures specification includining appropriate priming coat, preparation of surface, etc. complete on steel work.

CONSTRUCTION OF PLATFORM FOR ANEMO METER AND SUNSHINE RECORDER

Supplying and filling in plinth with sand under floors, including watering, ramming, consolidating and dressing complete.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to plinth level : 1:4:8 (1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-III) derived from natural sources : 8 graded stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size derived from natural sources).

Random rubble masonry with hard stone in foundation and plinth including levelling up with cement concrete 1:6:12 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand : 12 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) upto plinth level with : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 coarse sand).

Brick work with non modular fly ash bricks conforming to IS:12894, class designation 10 average compressive strength in super structure above plinth level up to floor V level in : Cement mortar 1:6 (1 cement : 6 Coarse sand).

12 mm cement plaster of mix with Cement mortar CM1:4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand).

Wall painting with acrylic emulsion paint, having VOC (Volatile Organic Compound ) content less than 50 grams/ litre, of approved brand and manufacture, including applying additional coats wherever required, to achieve even shade and colour. Two coats.

DPC WORK AND CRACK FILLING IN WALL FOR OFFICE BUILDING

Dismantling old plaster or skirting raking out joints and cleaning the surface for plaster including disposal of rubbish to the dumping ground within 50 metres lead.

Providing and laying damp-proof course 40 mm thick with cement concrete 1:2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-lll) derived from natural sources : 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5 mm nominal size derived from natural sources)

Extra for providing and mixing water proofing material in cement concrete work in doses by weight of cement as per manufacturer's specification.

12 mm cement plaster finished with a floating coat of neat cement : 1:4 (1 cement : 4 fine sand).

Cracking filling by enlarging and using Dr Fixit ( Machine for rubbing of walls, enlarging crack, Acc (circular blade), Makku blade, Dr Fixit 201 crack - X paste Coverage 25 to 30 m per kg)

Replacement of Existing Pathway by Providing Concrete
