Providing and laying in position machine batched and machine mixed design mix M-25 grade cement concrete for reinforced cement concrete work, using cement content as per approved design mix, including pumping of concrete to site of laying but excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement, including admixtures in recommended proportions as per IS: 9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability as per direction of Engineer-in-charge. (Note :- Cement content considered in this item is @ 330 kg/cum. Less cement used as per design mix is recoverable. However no extra payment shall be made if excess cement is used as per design mix). Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured in length including hooks, if any, separately for different diameters as actually used in work , excluding overlaps. Providing and fixing ceramic & Glazed tiles/ vitrified tiles/ of any size of approved make in floors / dados, laid in any pattern as specified over base of 3 mm thick adhesive of reputed brands as per IS specification 15477-2004 using 5 Kg. adhesive per sqm area of tiles and jointed with white cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of tiles excluding cost of tiles. Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab laid on 5 to 7 mm thick Tile adhesive and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing , curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge. (HSR 10.50) Polished / Lappato finished / Flamed Granite stone slab. (HSR 10.50.1)

Providing and fixing Glass mosaic tiles on finished plain wall surface of size 20 mm x 20 mm x 4 mm in all colour, design , fixing in customize design as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge. The glass mosaic tiles to be fixed on the wall surface with the help of approved adhesive ( Kerakoll H40 or Eqv. ) applied at the rate of 2.5 kg per sqm and grouting of the same. The rate is inclusive of all operation, material and required pattern approved by Engineer-in- Charge: ( Make: Kerakoll) (HSR 10.96)

Providing and fixing of chicken wire mesh for avoiding cracks in plaster with necessary nail/screws etc. complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of engineer-in-charge. (HSR 11.17)

Providing & applying Waterproofing for For Swimming Pool as per following Procedure - Removal of existing plaster Loose Particles, fungus or existing top layer. • Cleaning of surface, make it dust free & dry. • Substrate preparation with Geolite Gel( pin holes and cracks repairing). • Joints sealing of all inlets and outlets pipes with the help of GEOLITE GEL. • Seal All Corner Joints With The Help Of Aquastop 120 Corner Tape. • 1st coat of Aquastop Nanoflex. • Than Apply Fiber Mesh After 24 Hours • Apply 2nd coat of Aaquastop Nanoflex on the leveled concrete followed by vertical and horizontal sealing of joints with help of AQUASTOP 120 tape. • Covering of Aquastop NanoFlex waterproofing system with suitable material like biocem/ cement plaster. Make :- Kerakoll or Eqv. The Cont. will be submit the Written 10 year guarantee for Waterproofing on their letter head and Manufacturer letter head. (NS)
