Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick work/ block masonry or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles and removal all rubbish material complete all as specified directed.

Taking down cement or cement lime plaster any description on any walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion (embedded in natural ground) and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts (wood, steel or RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion (embedded in concrete, brick work, masonary etc) and making good disturbed ground complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh any type complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for Providing precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (Using 20mm graded stone aggregate) in window or door cills, lintels, bressumers, steps, quoin blocks (for use with masonry), string courses, copings. kneelers, apex stones, pier caps, columns, posts,boundary pillars, bed plates, pintle blocks, anchorage blocks, bonders (for stone walling). corbels, brackets, etc. (of any section indicated), with plain fair faces, including chamfers, weatherings, throating etc. and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete with joints to match the existing complete all as directed.

Supply and fixing for mild steel work as in angle iron fencing posts, struts and flat iron for fixing chain link fencing and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E- 165 including cutting tops to shape as directed, bent to shape, drilling holes, notching, hooking for wire etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation of poles/ struts/ stay assembly etc complete all as directed.

Supply only mild steel galvanised chain link fencing, any size or type complete all as specified and directed. Note :- (a) Flat iron, round tie bars, nut bolts and washer shall be measured and paid for separately. (b) Weight of chain link shall be ascertained by the BOO ordered by Accepting Officer.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provission of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Supply only Chain link and line wire shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Material and Labour 10 mm dia mild steel round bars conforming to Fe-410-W (Gde-E-250) quality 'A' bars for runner in available length for fixing chain link fencing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing for mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 5cm but not exceeding 10cm long and dia of neck exceeding 10mm but n.exc 15mm complete all as specified and directed.

Supply & Fixing for galvanised 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and directed. Note : Weight of barbed wire shall be ascertained by BOO ordered by Accepting Officer.

Material and Labour preparing new Steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise describe over 10cm width or girth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and Labour for providing cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in surface channels and drains and benching including finishing the top of benching even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Forming fair finished channel shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of the BOQ.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete using extra cement including forms, moulds mitred/stopped ends etc complete all as directed. Note :- Measurment shall be taken only for inner girth.

Use and waste of formwork to faces of walls, retaining walls, abutments, parapets and staircase railings and similar work including attached pillasters, buttresses etc rough finished surface of concrete complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for cement concrete 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in walls or retaining walls, any thickness, size or shape including pilasters, buttresses columns, pillars, boundary pillars and posts (including caps and bases) complete all as specified and directed

Material and Labour machine pressed precast concrete glazed coloured interlocking paver block with grey cement and pigment any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified & directed.

Material and Labour sand filling under floors or in foundation including watering and consolidation complete all as directed.

Material and Labour for 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors and path, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for 100 mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in sub base of floors and path, finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.
