REPAIR MAINTENANCE OF COOLING APPLIANCES AND VOLTAGE STABILIZERS AT ZONE B UNDER GE NAVY CHENNAI

Providing comprehensive annual maintenance periodical/preventive maintenance including annual maintenance of cooling appliances ( Split type Air Conditioners, Water coolers, Refrigerators and Deep Freezers) as per manufacturer specification by providing one AC/Refrigeration mechanic including replacement of components as listed in subsequent items as "Supply Only" incl Carrying out the monthly, quarterly and annual maintenance of all cooling applicances of any make & capacity with job card and making the Cooling Appliances functional. The maintenance of cooling appliances includes the following:- (a) Cleaning of coil unit with dust blower, lubricate the indoor and outdoor fan motor with oil. (b) Cleaning of air filters, indoor unit grills & filters through air blower. (c) Checking and cleaning the drain connection and air filter periodically, washing of coil with ventiklean solution once in a contract period. (d) Check and replace the refrigerent pipe once in a contract period or as and when required. (e) Check and repair the minor electrical fault in incoming supply. (f) Check and replace the water PVC pipe. (g) Replacement of faulty spares/components (Attending 3 Complaints shall be measured as one job)

Supply only Capacitor 60 MFD for 1.5 / 2.00 Ton Capacity Split type AC including testing and commissioning etc complete all as directed

All as per item no.02 herein before but Blower fan motor 1.6 HP with blade set.
