Bidders shall not be under a declaration of ineligibility for corrupt and fraudulent practices issued by Government of Karnataka

Bidders shall ensure upload of relevant document certifying his/her status as Scheduled Caste/ Scheduled Tribe/other reserved category as prescribed in the tender document.

It shall be the responsibility of the Bidder to ensure credit of Tender Processing Fee and EMD into the respective receiving bank accounts of e-Procurement on or before the last date and time of bid submission.

EMD Payments through e-Payment mode shall be made as one single transaction and payments made in part are liable for rejection.

The bidder is required to ensure browser compatibility of the computer well in advance to the last date and time for receipt of tenders. The departments shall not be responsible for non-accessibility of e-Procurement portal due to internet connectivity issues and technical glitches at bidders end

Conditional tenders will not be accepted

Tenderers are requested to read the Bid documents carefully and upload the necessary documents before submission of their bid

The tenderer should be an Eligible Registered civil KPWD Civil Class-VI & above contractor issued by the Competent Authority

GST amount shall be paid to the tendered separately. As per Govt. Rules time to time

The Contractor should submit the GST Registration Copy

The Contractor should have Labour registration, EPF & ESI registration EPF paid challan should be uploaded and Adhaar Card / PAN card

As per Karnataka state Government order LD/300/LET/2006 Bangalore dated 01.01.2007 and Government letter no PW/134/BMS/2007 dated 27.07.2007, a sum amounting to 1% of the bill amount will be deducted towards constructions labour welfare fund (CESS)

Royalty on Civil materials and other taxes will be deducted as per prevailing Government orders

Contractor should compulsorily submit the material dispatch permit (MDP) obtained from the department of mines and geology for royalty materials. If the bill is submitted without attaching the MDP, the bill will be rejected as per Department of mines and geology circular Date: 07/11/2023

All the Formats prescribed in the bid documents shall be filled in complete manner

The Tenderer should maintain the Work during defective liability period of 1 year.

The item rates quoted shall include cost of royalty charges on construction materials & other taxes as per the rates provided in prevailing cost & conveyance of all materials, Curing, Watering, unloading with all leads & lifts labour, hire charges of machinery equipment etc., complete including all incidental charges. All the items shall be executed as directed by the Engineer in charge of the work

The work should be executed strictly as per the tender specification mentioned. Contractor should arrange for quality check at different stage of work for quality assurance as per direction of Engineer- In-charge during the work in progress and after completion. If any failures found the cost will be recovered from the contractor and will be recommended for black listing immediately

Restrictions on Public Procurement from Bidders of certain countries. as per Government order No. FD 455 Exp-12, 2020 Bengaluru dated: 01.04.2023

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer should furnish qualification information as per section 3 of Standard Tender Document attached to this tender & all terms and Conditions as per Standard tender documents

The materials required for the work shall be procured by the tenderer themselves and should be got attested by the Quality Control Authority before use on the work

To qualify for award of this contract, each Tenderer in its name should have in the last five years i.e., 2021-22, 2022-23, 2023-24, 2024-25 & 2025-26 a) Achieved in at least two financial years a minimum financial turnover Not Less than the Amount put to tender (usually not less than the estimated cost under this contract for works costing up to 100 lakhs). As per KW-2 Class-3.2 (a)

Tenderer should upload scanned statement of Turn over Certificate Certified by Chartered Accountant with UDIN Number and along with face sheet of ITR, Balance Sheet and profit and loss statement for the block period as above Mentioned. As per KW-2 Class-3.2 (a)

Satisfactorily completed, as prime contractor, at least one Single work, value not less than the 50% of the amount put to tender. As per KW-2 Class-3.2 (b).

Tenderer should upload scanned Single Similar Nature of Works Work Done Certificate issued by Government Departments signed by an officer not below the rank of Executive Engineer. The certificate should contain postal address of the office with pin code, Office Telephone Number, E-mail ID Compulsorily. As per KW-2 Class-3.2 (b)

Liquid assets and/or availability of credit facilities of 30% put to Tender Amount. (Credit lines/letter of credit/ certificates from the banks for meeting the fund requirement etc). As per KW-2 Class-3.3

Tenderer who meet the above specified minimum qualifying criteria, will only be qualified, if their available tender capacity is more than the total tender value under section 3.4

The aspirant Contractor should visit the site before submission of his / her bids and upload the declaration and Geo tagged photos. The Tenderer at his own responsibility and risk shall visit the sites of work and its surroundings and obtain all information that may be necessary for preparing the Tender and entering into a contract for construction of the Works. The costs of visiting the Site shall be at the Tenderers own expense. He shall also upload proof of document for having visited the sites before filling the tender

The Tenderer Should visit the proposed construction site and submit the feasibility report regarding men, material & completion of works to the concerned Assistant Executive Engineer, Karnataka Slum Development Board, Sub-Division, Tollnaka, Dharwad & upload the acknowledge document along with the Technical Bid

The Security deposit (including additional security for unbalanced tenders) shall be provided to the Employer no later than the date specified in the Letter of Acceptance and shall be issued in an amount and form and type of instrument acceptable to the Employer. The Security deposit shall be valid until a date 30 days from the date of expiry of Defects Liability Period and the additional security for unbalanced tenders shall be valid until a date 30 days from the date of issue of the certificate of completion

The Successful Tender Shall Pay Security Deposit in value equivalent to 5% of the entrusted amount of work in the form of e-BG at the time of agreement & For SC-ST as per the Government order Dtd: 03.02.2024

All Scanned Documents of the Original should be up-loaded, Executive Engineer reserves the rights to verify the Original Documents before approval, 0riginal documents / Certificates for qualification shall be produced when called for during evaluation of tender

Value at present price level, of existing commitments and ongoing works documents to be submitted

Within 10 days of the receipt of the Letter of acceptance the successful tenderer shall deliver to the employer a security deposit

If the Tenderer intend to quote less than the estimated cost, the tenderer shall pay a DD for the tender difference amount quoted drawn in favor of Executive Engineer, KSDB, Dharwad Division, Dharwad payable at Dharwad from nationalized bank. The scanned copy of Tender Difference Amount DD should be uploaded in KPPP platform before final date and time of closing. And The Tender Difference Amount DD Should is produced at the office of the Executive Engineer, KSDB, Dharwad Division, Dharwad. Very next day During office hours of last Date and time for Tender Submission

If the contractor fails to produce the Tender Difference Amount in his tender will be disqualified. The DD for difference amount shall not be accepted after completion of the specified time schedule. This difference amount will be returned after satisfactory completion of the work

The terms & conditions laid down in KTTP Act 1999 & rules 2000 with subsequent amendments are applicable
