Earthwork excavation for formation of driveways,ramps,roadway etc by mechanical means as per drawing and technical specifications including cutting and pushing the earth to site of embankment upto a distance of 100 metres (average lead 50 metres), including trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirements of lines, grades and cross sections including setting out, construction of shoring and bracing, removal of stumps and other deleterious material and disposal of excavated earth in the specified area with a lead upto 1 Km and spreading of the dumped earth as directed by Engineer , dressing of sides and bottom and backfilling in trenches with excavated suitable material and compacting with vibratory roller as per Technical Specification 301 MORTH and as directed by the Engineer in Charge including all labour charges with all leads and lifts and incidental charges etc complete for finished item of work.

Transportation, loading, unloading and spreading of pond ash for formation of Driveways/ramps etc by mechanical means including spreading , grading to the required slope as per relevent specification, including all hire and operational charges for mechinery, all labour charges, all leads and lifts and other incidental charges etc., Complete as directed by Engineer In Charge. (Pond ash will be issued by department @ free of cost at BTPS Ash Pond)

Construction of granular sub base of 300mm compacted thickness in 3 Layers, each 150mm compacted to 100mm thick by providing HBG metal confirming to MORTH specification for Driveways, Ramps etc including cost and conveyence of all materials to work site, all hire & operational charges for machinery and spreading in uniform layers with motor grader or by approved means, mixing in a mechanical mix plant at OMC, carriage of mixed material to work site, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with smooth wheel roller/vibratory roller 80-100 kN to achieve the desired density, complete as per MORTH Technical Specification Clause 401 and as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Providing,laying,spreading and compacting graded HBG crushed stone aggregate to Wet Mix Macadam(WMM) of 200mm compacted thickness, in 2 layers of 150mm compacted to 100mm thick specification for Driveways etc including cost & conveyence of all materials, Hire and Operational charges for machinery, premixing the material with water at OMC in Mechanical mix plant carriage of mixed material by tipper to site,laying in uniform layers with paver in base courses on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density etc., as directed by Engineer-in-charge and as per MORTH specification 406(4th revision) for finished item of work.

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen Emulsion (ss-1) on prepared surface of granular base including cleaning of road surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70-1.0 kg/sqm using mechanical means as per technical specification clause 502 MORD including cost and conveyance of all materials,all labour charges, hire charges for machinery and other operational charges etc as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge

Providing and laying dense graded bituminous macadam 50mm compacted thickness with 100-120 TPH batch type HMP producing an average output of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @ 4.0 to 4.5 per cent by weight of total mix and filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying with a hydrostatic paver finisher with sensor control to the required grade, level and alignment, rolling with smooth wheeled, vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MoRTH specification clause No. 507 . The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials,all Operational & Hire charges for machinery, all labour charges with all leads & lifts and incidental charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and applying tack coat with bitumen Emulsion ( medium setting)(bulk) using Emulsion pressure distributor at the rate of 0.20kgs per sqm on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom for finished item of work as per MoRTH Specification 503 ( 4th revision ) .The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials,all Operational & Hire charges for machinery, all labour charges with all leads & lifts and incidental charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.(2 coats before DBM & BC)

Providing and laying Bituminous concrete of 25mm thick (Compacted) with 100-120 TPH batch type hot mix plant producing an average out put of 75 tonnes per hour using crushed aggregates of specified grading,premixed with bituminious binder @ 5.4 to 5.6 percent of mix and filler,transporting the hot mix to work site,laying with a hydro static power finisher with sensor control to the required grade,level and alignment,rolling with smooth wheeled,vibratory and tandem rollers to achieve the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No.509. The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials,all Operational & Hire charges for machinery, all labour charges with all leads & lifts and incidental charges etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing and laying seal coat of 6mm thick sealing the voids in a bituminous surface laid to the specified levels, grade and cross fail using Type A, Type B and Type C as per technical specification Using three wheel 80-100 kN static roller) .The rate includes cost and conveyance of all materials,all Operational & Hire charges for machinery, all labour charges with all leads & lifts and incidental charges, etc complete as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and filling of sand as per drawing and technical specification Clause 304 MORTH including cost and conveyance of Sand ,all labour for filling, watering and tamping, all leads and lifts, etc complete for finished Item of work and as directed by the Engineer at site.

Laying PCC(1:4:8) for Leveling course using 40mm size HBG metal including cost and conveyance of all materials, mechanical mixing, placing, compacting, curing , all labour charges with all leads and lifts, and incidental charges, etc complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Supply and placing of M-20 grade Design Mix Concrete for Plinth protection corresponding to IS 456 using WEIGH BATCHER / MIXER with 50% of 20mm & 50% of 12 mm size graded machine crushed hard granite metal (coarse aggregate) from approved quarry including cost and conveyance of all materials like cement, fine aggregate (sand) coarse aggregate, water etc., to site all operational, incidental and labour charges such as weigh batching, machine mixing, laying concrete, curing etc.,complete with minimum cement content of 350kg/cum of approved make including pumping, centering, shuttering, laying concrete, vibrating, curing etc. complete but excluding cost of steel and its fabrication charges for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer in charge

Providing High yield strength Deformed(HYSD)/Thermo Mechanically Treated (TMT)/Mild steel (MS) steel bars (Fe 415/Fe 500) grade as per IS 1786-1979) of different diameters for all RCC works etc., , including labour charges for straightening, cutting, bending to required sizes and shapes, placing in position with cover blocks of approved materials and size and tying and lap splicing with binding wire of 18SWG, forming grills of reinforcement work as per approved designs and drawings, including cost and conveyance of steel bars, including all wastages such as overlaps, couplings, chairs, spacer bars including cost of binding wire, cover blocks and all incidental, operational, labour charges such as cutting, bending, placing in position, tying including sales and other taxes on all materials, etc., complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer In Charge at site.

Laying P.C.C (1:3:6) using 20mm size with HBG metal, cement for berms of Road etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials , all labour charges, machine mixing ,tamping, curing, all leads & lifts and incidental charges, etc complete for finished item of work and as directed by the Engineer at site.
