M&L for complete removal of existing treatment and applying wall care white putty 1mm thick in two layers for levelling the surfaces of walls and applying two coat of acrylic emulsion over and including a coat of interior primer including preparation of surfaces of walls complete all as specified and directed.

(b) M&L providing 12mm dia holes of 40mm deep @ 200mm c/c at the junction of beam and columns as co-ordial points for inserting/ pouring cement slurry with dr fixit groutong compound by pressure grouting for sunken floors of toilet including sealing the holes with CM 1:3 (c) M&L for water proofing plaster for sunken portion in CM 1:3, 20 mm thick in two coats with water proofing compound at the rate of 200 ml per 50 Kg of cement and finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement. (d) M&L for applying two coats of Dr fixit compound suitable for sunkun treatment as per manufacturer instructions over vertical surfaces and floors of sunken of toilet including cleaning of surfaces. (e) M&L for PCC 1:5:10 type D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in filling (sunken portion) (f) M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B0 using 12.50 mm graded stone aggregate, mixed with WPC @ 200ml per 50 kg of cement, as sub base, 75mm thick on top. Note :- Above quoted rate includes (a) Test again of water tightness by pounding for 72 hours & rectify defects if any till total elimination of defect.(b) The sunken portion shall be tested for leakage / seepage / dampness by ponding with water for 72 hours. In case any defect is noticed the portion shall be grouted with Dr fixit suitable chemical & tested again. The process of grouting and testing shall be repeated till leakage / seepage / dampness is eliminated (c) Horizontal flat area to be measured.

M&L for vitreous china squatting pan, orissa pattern sise 580x440mm white with integral foot rest (excluding flushing cistern) including vitreous china ‘P’ or ‘S’ traps connection to trap and to flushing pipe to complete fixed in repairs and making good to floor, complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repairs of vitreous china wash basin, white, flat back, size 550 x 400mm Including waste coupling ,waste pipe and labour for fixing pillar tap ,pvc connection but including cutting for and pinning in ends of and including brackets complete all as specified and directed. Note : Pillar tap and PVC connection will be measured paid separetly under respective item.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.38 sqm, in floors etc set over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:6) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 77 but as in skirting fixed over and including 10 mm thick cement screed in CM 1:4.

M&L for non skid ceramic tiles, joint free, coloured tiles 7mm to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc set over and including 15 mm thick cement screed in (1:6) CM set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the colour of tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for digital glazed ceramic tiles, coloured tiles 300mm x 600mm x 7mm thick on vertical faces ie. as in skirting/dado etc set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tiles fix over and including 15 mm thick backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Granite slab 16 mm to 18 mm thick machine cut, bedded and joined with cement and pointed with white cement with admixture of pigment to match over and including 20 mm thick screed bed CM (1:3) .the shade of granite stone including cutting and polishing type as in cill and jamb/skirting, steps cooking plateforms includigng rounding off the exposed edges and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut Kota stone slab 18 mm to 20 mm thick , as in flooring , laid over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing , over and including screed bed or bedding layer of mortar 20 mm thick in cement mortar (1:3 ) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Machine cut kota stone single piece slab as in steps tread,windows cill,18-20 mm thick ,over and including 15 mm thick screed in CM(1:4) laid & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing , polishing and rounding the edges complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Kota stone slab 12-15 mm thick in skirting, steps riser etc over and including 10mm thick plater in CM (1:4) & jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing & polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L cement concrete 1 : 3 :6 type C-2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in plinth protection 75mm thick finishing cement concrete surfaces even & smooth without using extra cement including filling of construction joint with bitumenous sealing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items and all as specified:- (i)The surface of roof,parpet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain and outlets a groove shall be cut as specified and directed. (ii).Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kgs per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iii).Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm (iv).Laying of water proofing teratment of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet ( HMHDPE) as center core, which is standwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps 75 mm and 100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (v).Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane (vi) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of dirction. M&L for provn of water proofing roof treatment to RCC roof with approved modified membrane of weighing not less than 3 kg/sqm comprising with following items and all as specified:- (i) The surface of roof,parpet and gutters drain mouths etc over which water proofing treatment is to be applied shall be cleaned of all foreign matter such as fungus,mass dust etc by wire brushing and dusting. For cast iron drain outlets a groove shall be cut as specified and directed. (ii) Oil based Bitumen primer conforming to IS-3384-1986 @ 0.3 kgs per sqm to be applied on prepared surface till the surface is properly impregnated. (iii) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm (iv) Laying of water proofing teratment of weight not less than 3 Kg / sqm APP modified polymeric water proofing membrane composed of 100 micron (+10% ) high density polyethylene sheet ( HMHDPE) as center core, which is standwiched between high quality polymeric bitumen mix having softening , high heat resistance and cold flexible protected on either side with a thin thermo fusible HMHDPE film with side and laps 75 mm and 100 mm as per manufacture instruction etc. (v) Applying one coat of hot blown grade bitumen 85/25 grade @ 1.20 kg/Sqm over the membrane (vi) Applying aluminium paint in two coat @ 100 gm/sqm in each coat on finished membrane surfaces complete all as specified and directed at site . (vii) A fillet of PCC (1:2:4) of 100x100mm shall be provided at all junctions of vertical and horizontal surfaces and wherever there is a change of dirction. Taking down of old roof treatment of any description including mud phushka, lime, concrete,tiles , cement plaster, padding upto 30cm depth from roof surfaces etc including cleaning, brushing and watering to joints and grooves and throwing the same to a distance exc 250 mtr and n exc 500 mtr from the roof of height 3 to 9 m height etc complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying only liquid waterproofing compound

M&L rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with and including water proofing compound @ 200ml per 50 kg bag of cement applied over roof slab ,complete all as specified and directed. Note : Water roofing comound shall be measured and aid seperately

S&F checken wire mesh 0.50 mm dia and aperture size 25mm fixed in position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Labour only for removal of unsound RCC by hammer chiseling or pneumatic chopper and exposing reinforcement all around including providing jacking up arrangement or temporary supports of adequate strength to avoid any damage to the existing structure and removing rubbish to outside MD land complete all as specified as directed.

M & L for cleaning exposed rusted reinforcement in site with wire brushes and applying polymer based rust remover of make Dr fixit Rust Remover (Rust removing chemical) or 'Defroster" or equivalent chemical as approved as per manufacturers instructions complete all as specified and as defected

Labour only for welding with new additional reinforcement bars as required of site i.e. where dia of existing bar is found reduced than the original size of bars complete all as specified and directed. Note: supply only reinforcement bars will be measured and paid separately under respective items here in before.

M&L for priming the old and / or new steel reinforcement with one coat of Fosroc 'Nito Zinc primer" or Dr Fixit epoxy zinc primer or equivalent as approved by brush application complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for hard drawn steel wire fabric cut to length bent to shape, dia of fabric 3 mm and aperture 50 mm, cover entire steel surface, not exceeding 4 kg per Sqm complete all as specified and directed

Moorum/red bajri filling in floors or pavings laid in layers n.exc 15cm thick spread levelled and rammed including watering complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar 1:4 over guniting concrete surface and finished the surfaces even and smooth or matching/ flushing with adjoining plastered surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing and laying 60mm thick factory made chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade chemically treated with aproved colour, design & pattern as in foothpath, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strenght, thickness & size / shape, , laid in required colour & pattern over and including 30 to 50 mm thick uniformly levelled surface of stone dust cushioning, , filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra cement including dismantling of old unserviceable tile complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down carefully copper/aluminum pt wiring (light fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, sockets, c/roses, lamp holders, tube light fittings, sketch fittings, wooden boards, bell push, call bell, MCBs & regulators etc & making good to disturbed surfaces & matching with the existing colour of wall/floor etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for concealed point wiring for one light point or fan point controlled by one switch with 1.5 Sqmm PVC insulated FRLSH, unsheathed, copper conductor (stranded) 1100 volt wiring cable in & including ISI marked PVC conduit of size not less than 20mm, ivory/white in colour with all accessories (such as tee, bend, joint cover etc) including suitable size modular metal boxes with cover plate along with frame for mounting of switches/sockets/ regulator etc and continuous earth lead cable wire of similar description complete all as specified and direcited. Note:- (i) Wiring cable shall be provided using colour coding such as Phase - Red, Neutral – Black, and Earth – Green or as approved by Engr-in-charge .
