SPL REPAIR TO REPLACEMENT OF BER TRANSFORMER AND VCBS AT FORT WILLIAM UNDER GE FORT WILLIAM KOLKATA

M&L for Disconnecting of HT/LT connections of existing transformer of capacity 75 - 750 KVA and VCB's with earthings carefully and shifting the same from platform/ sub station including transformer oil and accessories to AGE E/M Store yard complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning HT VCB Panel 6.6 KV, 3 phase, Indoor type, metal clad totally enclosed free standing floor mounting type, 630 Amps, horizontal draw out type vaccum circuit breaker with IP-4X degree of protection. VCB shall be factory made designed and confirming to IEC - 62271-200 with inbuilt integral earthing facility for cable as well as bus side with colour code copper bus bar, motor/manual spring charging mechanism 230 volts AC, closing & Tripping coil suitable for 24 V DC, 4NO + 4NC auxiliary switch, mechanical ON/OFF indication, Mechanical spring charge/discahrge indication, breaker position indication, secondry plug in contacts, anti pumping relay etc. with CT, PT & IDMT relay etc. addition to manual hand operated mechanism suitable for working as outgoing feeder in a sub-station. The panel should free standing compartmentalized with automatic safety shutters, equipped with necessary bus bar connections with provision for extension on and outgoing panels as specified below:- Note : The equipments shall must have the following technical data

(v) MCB for AC/DC supply (w) Trip Circuit Healthy Push Button (x) Fuse/MCB for Spring Charger motor (y) Panel Space heater with thermostat (z) Panel illumination with switch (aa) 5 Amps, 3 Pin Socket with Switch (ab) Complete Control Wiring with fuse & Ferrules. (ac) Pre dispatch inspection of Transformers and VCBs shall be carried out by detailed representative of accepting officer at manufacturer premises with overall cost quoted by the contractor. Nothing extra shall be payable on this account at later stage. (ad) After installation of the transformer and VCBs the same shall also be tested by SEI/EI. All the equipment/instrument shall be arranged by the Contractor for testing. The cost of the same shall also be included in the same.

Supply, Installation, Testing & Commissioning of transformer Oil Natural Air Natural (ONAN) Cooled, Oil Immersed Copper Wound Outdoor type, Step Down, Energy Efficient type complete with first filling of IS : 335 ISI marked filtered & dehydrated transformer oil and other standard fittings/ accessories as per particular specifications and seven position off circuit tap changer (tapping range + 7.5% in steps of 2.5% each) with vector group Dyn - 11 with HV & LV cable boxes with cable glands as per cable sizes as per site requirement, HT 6.6 KV 3 Phase, LT 433 volts, 3 Phase 4 wire 50 Hz, EEL-2(star rating) of IS : 1180 : 2014 (With its amendment No 4 dated Mar 2021 to IS 1180-2014) of capacity 100 KVA complete all as specified. NOTE : (i) Pre dispatch inspection of Transformers and VCBs shall be carried out by detailed representative of accepting officer at manufacturer premises with overall cost quoted by the contractor. M&L for sand cushioning /sand covering for underground cable protection and consolidated and compacted with clean dry sand complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L bricks with sub class 'B' locally available laid in trenches above sand cushioning for cable protection complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading levelling watering and well ramming in layers n.exc 25 thick for soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removal of excavated material to a disance n.exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 1 with peak, size 300mm x 180mm x 40mm complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armoured (Earthed), HT electric power cables (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor, 6600 volts, grade cross sectional area 95 Sqmm 3 core complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, laying & testing cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanized steel strip or wire armoured, electric power cables (heavy duty) with stranded aluminium conductor, 1100 Volts of cross sectional area 400 Sqmm, 3.5 core complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Cable jointing kit for 6.6 KV (E) grade cable for outdoor heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F of Cable jointing kit for 6.6 KV (E) grade cable for indoor heat shrinkable type joint complete with jointing material and accessories suitable for 3 core XLPE armoured aluminium conductor cable of size 95 Sqmm complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for galvanized earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600x600x6.3mm thick buried directly in ground vertically at a depth not less than 2.25 mtr below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level surrounded from all sides by 15cm thick and packed layer of charcoal dust and common salt filling in alternate layers and electrode connections by using glavanised iron strip 32x6mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers made of MS and protected by light grade 40mm dia and 20mm dia bore for watering and incl funnel, wire mesh RCC pit cover and PCC chamber pit with PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (incl excavation and earth work, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr) all as specified and shown on Plate No 3 of SSR Part-I 2009.

Supply and fixing Galvanised iron strip 32 x 6mm for connection of earthing with Transformer and VCBs directly burried in ground complete all as directed.

M&L for Galvanised Steel Tubing Pipe 100 mm bore (dia), light grade with Bends, laid in Trenches or under Roads/ Flooring/ Culverts etc., complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete.

M&L Brick work with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM 1:4.

M&L rendering 15 mm thick on fair faces of brick work/concrete surfaces in CM 1:4, finished fair & even & smooth without using extra cement.

M&L for Hardcore of broken stone of gauge n.exc 63mm deposited spread and levelled in layers n.exc 15cm thick watered and rammed to a true surface all as specified

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type D2 1:4:8 (40 mm stone aggregate), all as specified.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm stone aggregate), finish even and smooth without using extra cement, all as specified.

Excavating in post holes (or similar holes) each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers not exceeding 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50 mtr and making good surface in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L PCC 1:2:4 type B2 (using 40 mm graded aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel angle iron work, as in fencing post and strut, flat iron fillets for securing wire mesh etc including cutting, drilling, bending, bolting etc and similar work complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for Framed work such as grills, gratings etc, with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted or forget into spikes, framed guard bars, barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railings, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-0 or 310-0, and for portions framed and hung as gates, including pintle hinges, stops, hand-made sliding bolts,etc complete all as specified.

S&F PVC coated chain link fencing 3 mm dia galvanised wire mesh (mesh size 50 mm x 50 mm) made up to tapped wire and laid on portion/fixed on poles complete all as specifed and directed.NOTE : MS Post, MS round bars, flat iron, nuts & bolts shall be measured and paid seperately.

S&F MS 10 mm dia round bar and fixed independently to angle iron for chain link fencing cut to length, bend to shape required, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preperation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cm in width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.
