Supplying installation testing of factory made and tested Bus bar chamber outdoor type with canopy made out of 3.15 mm thick CRCA MS sheet and 25x25x5 mm thick MS angle iron frame work, powder coated finish over one coat of red oxide primer on outside surface and painted inside with two coats of red oxide primer, front opening type, with apron for cable entry closing locking arrangement of size not less than 450x400x300mm having 4 Nos angle iron legs of size 25mm x 25mm x 5mm of length 75mm including 4 Nos 160 Amp aluminium bus bar fitted with 01 No MCCB ,200 Amps TP ,25 KA, 415 V, 50 Hz as incommer Platform for the bus bar chamber with PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 with 40 mm graded crushed stone, 15 cm thick in foundation, brick work in CM 1:6 with sub class 'B', old size bricks, rendering 15 mm thick in CM 1:6 on exposed surfaces and 100 mm thick PCC padding 1:3:6, type C-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate on top and grouting bolts etc for panel. M&L for re-painting of LT Panels/feeder pillars of approx size 2 to 4 Sqm with 2 coats of super enamal paint over a coat of red-oxide with sparygun including writing of feeder pillar numbers in appropriate size of letters as directed.

All as per item No 40 here in before but of approx size upto 1.90 Sqm complete all as per specified and directed.

Earthing in replacement complete with galvanized steel earth plate electrode of size 60cmx60cmx6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.10 m below normal ground level) with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5m below normal ground level, connected to galvanized iron strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron or steel as shown in electrical plate No 3 of SSR Part I, connected to earth test point and the equipment on the other nuts and washers of galvanised ironside complete all as specified, including testing and commissioning complete all as directed. Note : (a) The unit rates quoted against this item shall be deemed to include the cost of excavation and earth work in any type of soil, common salt & charcoal dust in alternate layers, PCC 1:3:6 as in pit, precast RCC 1:2:4 type B-1 with necessary reinforcement as in cover & frame for pit, funnel, watering pipe 20 mm bore GI pipe light grade, protection pipe 40 mm bore GI pipe medium grade etc. (b) The quoted rates shall also deemed to include the cost of earth test point and earth strip/GI lead wire and protection pipe upto 7.5 meter beyond the earth plates electrode.

Supply and fix in replacement MCCB 100 Amp, 4 pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz including MCCB with sheet metal enclosure mounted on wall with fastner and suitable size of nut and bolts complete all as directed .

Supply and fix in replacement MCB 63 Amp, 4 Pole , 25 KA, 50 Hz including MCB with sheet metal enclosure mounted on wall with fastner and suitable size of nut and bolts complete all as directed .

NOTE :-(i)contractor should provide 50 % of the material as listed above within 15 days of the placing of work order and shall be verified by the Eng-in-charge.
