SEWAGE DISPOSAL LLDPE septic tank designed to carry sewage and sludge water, including earth work, excavation, returning filling, disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exc 50mtr from starting point, in hard rock, PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggreagtes) in foundation, 200mm thick, vent shaft, connections etc. for 10 users (1600 ltr capacity) including all fittings, fixtures, testing on completion Approximate Dimensions dia 1440mm, height 1550mm and total HRT 48 hr complete all as specified and directed.

Construction of soakage well 1.80mtr internal dia x 3.00 mtr effective depth including earth work in hard rock cum hard soil, foundation in PCC 1:3:6, walls of honey combed with top ring of M-25 concrete, form work, reinforcement including intercepting chamber and screen chamber made of brick masonary in CM, RCC cover slab in M25/SFRC cover, interconnecting pipes of RCC/DWC/cast iron pipes, bends and fittings. Complete, filled with brick bats complete all as shown on drgs, specified and directed.

EXTERNAL WATER SUPPLY Construction of brick masonry valve pit of size 100x100x50 cms (Internal dimension of chamber) with brick work in cement mortar (1:6) including 10 mm thick plastering internally in cement mortar 1:4 as the work proceeds and 40 mm thick flooring in PCC M-15, type B-1 using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate including 3.15 mm thick mild steel cover with mild steel handle of appropriate size with locking arrangements with 150 mm long 02 Nos hinges on and including angle iron frame of size 50 x 50 x 5 mm, mild steel cover provided with two coats of synthetic enmel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including excavation and earth work in any type of soil and removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 metres all as specified.

LIGHTINING PROTECTION M&L for Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 cm X 60 cm X 6 mm thick, buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 meter deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 meters below normal ground level, connected to and inclduing GI Strip 25X4 mm as earthing lead, by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanised iron all as shown in electrical plate No 5 of MES SSR Part I and testing on completion inclduing excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC (1:3:6) type C1 chamber, and cover 6 mm thick in cement concrete (1:2:4) type B1, funnel with wire mesh, GI watering pipe 20mm dia medium grade and lugs complete all as specified and directed with earth resistance not more than 1.0 OHMS. Note- In case earth resistance more than 1.0 ohms, the contractor wiil re earthing at no extra cost.

SUMMER APPLIANCE Supply and fix refregerator of electric driven (single phase), capacity of 195 Litres, BEE 5 star rated complete all as specified.

INTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY Supply & Fixing LED luminaire 600 mm x 600mm, 35/36 watt LED 4000 k, 220 V AC surface mounted type with high efficiency having efficiency 120 lumens/watt, power factor more than 0.90, IP 20 soft glare free light complete with driver, holders etc including connecting up with driver with three core flexible copper conductor cable of suitable size complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing high performance IP66 LED streetlight 20 watt, housing made of die-cast aluminium, with street optic lens, with all accessories and connecting up with and including provision of 3 core flexible copper wire of size 1.5sqmm from ceiling rose, and 20 W LED light etc. drawn through and including 32mm bore GI light grade protection pipe upto 1.0m length with suitable fixing accessories on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Auto clean curved glass Kitchen BLDC chimney 90cm having 1500 cum/hrs suction power, wall mounted, filter surface area 78x30 Sqcm, Max noise db 58, inbuild 1.5 watt LED lamp 2 numbers (Hood primus plus energy HC SC KK 90, Baffle filter, Touch control, Black in colour) including standard installation with suction kit complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing of telephone socket fitted in robust designed assembly plates sumg fit on the wall with assembly plates with suitable modules, white in colour , dust free glossy finsih complete all as specified and as directed.

EXTERNAL ELECTRICAL SUPPLY Supply & Fixing GI bracket made of GI pipe medium grade 32 mm dia 1.5 mtr long with 02 Nos clamp made out of MS flat iron 40 x 6 mm of suitable size fixed with bolts, nuts and washers including drilling holes and grounting with the same for fixing bolts complete as required duly painted with two coats of aluminium paint complete all as specified and directed. (rate quoted by the contractor shall deemed to include for nuts and bolts).

Supply and fixing 1.5 Sqmm 3 core PVC insulated and PVC round sheathed multistranded copper conductor flexible industrial cable 1100 V grade drawn through PVC conduit of suitable size with connected items (junction box to street light fitting and bollard to bollard connection) complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour for of FRP junction box of size 300 x 200 x 105 mm having 4 Nos aluminium bus bar of size 25x4 mm fixed on epoxy insulators with MCB SP 6 amps, fixed on the pole with 2 Nos Clamp, nut bolts etc complete all as specified and directed.

Material & labour Post top LED Light cylindrical door type IP-65 spun aluminium landscape luminaire with high power LEDs of capacity 35 Watt.

Material & labour bollard LED Light cylindrical shaped inegral decorative with opal acrylic diffuser and IP-65 protection out door type of capacity 9 watts all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply, installed, testing and commissioning cubical type canopy headed LT Feeder pillar box outdoor type CPRI approved of 900mm x 900mm x 300mm plateform mounted factory made totally enclosed dust and vermin proof (protection class IP-54) double shutter gear (front & back opening) with locking arrangement made of MS angle iron 40x40x6 mm & FI 40x6 frame work and 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet duly painted with powder coated paint after necesary surface preperation. Supply and fixing Outdoors type decorative garden pole light Dual-Arm Mild steel pole 4-6 m length hight (J.K Poles) with 2 nos of LED 40 watt light fitting single phase 230 volt complete with fixing arrangements with coping of pole all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

NOTE : Total amount of credit i.e, Rs 61510.25 as per Sch of credit (Sch 'A' Part-XIII) shall be deducted from the total amount of BOQ to arrive at contract sum.
