Excavating in trenches, n exc 1.5 m wide and n exc 1.5 m in depth; for foundation, etc. or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes, pier holes, etc. n exc 10 sq m on plan and n exc 1.5 m in depth and getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M & L Cement concrete 1:4:8 type D2 (40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate ) in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified. and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Use and waste form work to sides of concrete foundations footings base of columns, plinth beams, raft and raft beams, sides and soffits of foundation as specified

S&F TMT bars 10 mm dia and above, cut to length , bent to shape required including cranking , bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends, binding with and including mild steel wire ( annealed ) not less than 0.9mm dia , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F TMT bars of 6 and incl 10mm dia in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with and including mild steel wire(annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clipscomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L RCC Nominal mix, 1:2:4, type B1 using 20mm graded agg as foundations, including rafts, fottings, foundation beams; plinth beams; bases for columns, etc,; basement slabs, under reamed piles and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Steel work in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to I. S.1161- 1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing Fe-410W (Gde E-250) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F 12mm dia Mild steel rag or lewis bolts, screwed one end,with hexagonal or square nuts and washers, the other end enlarged and jagged or lewised, exc 30cm long complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L painting on new steel surface over 10 cm width or girth including preparation of surface and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering /cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws as specified

Returning, filling in excavated soil including spreading, leveling watering and well remming layers not exceeding 25 cm thick complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Removing exavated material (Soils) to a distance not exceeding 50m and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 15.m above tghe starting point, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 100mm thick Cement concrete type B- 2, 1:2:4 (40mm graded aggregate) as in sub base of flooring

M&L for 75mm thick Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate)

M&L for Precast cement concrete block in PCC 1:3:6 type C1 (using 20 mm graded aggregate) masonry with solid block exc. 10 cm in width and setting in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L 15mm thick cement plaster in CM (1:4) on fair faces of brick walls surface and concete surface, finished even and smooth w/o using extra cement and using water proofing compound(external surface) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM(1:6) on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra lime or cement) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Rolled mild steel in Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat section) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to FE-410W (Gde-E250)quality -B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F for Rolled mild steel in joist, channel, angle, or tee sections, fixed independently, without conncecting plates, etc. (cut to ordinary length ie. Within 20mm of the length indicated) conforming FE-410W (Gde-E250)quality -B complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in as in sub base of floor/paving complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for 40mm thick Cement concrete type B-1,1:2:4 (20mm graded aggregate) as in flooring complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L repair for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for following :- (a) One light point/one fan point controlled by one switch

M&L repair for point wiring with PVC FRLS insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductors of size 1.5 sqmm, 1100 volt grade drawn in and including rigid PVC casing caping accessories lain on wall/ceiling surface and fixed with PVC saddles and back-plate and GI screws, including PVC insulated single core cable of stranded copper conductor of size 1.5 sqmm as earth continuous wire connected to common earth and PVC Board for housing like switches, sockets, fan regulators etc all as directed for following :- (b) One 3 pin 5 amps socket outlet independent with cables 2.5 sqmm size

S&F in repair sheet metal powder coated versatile Double door SPN distribution board, 16 way suitable for MCB's fitted with copper bus bar rated 200amps, neutral link , earth bar and din rail suitable for use on 240 Volt, 50Hz all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

M&L in repair for MCB SPN 63 Amp, 240V with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards all as specified and directed by Engr in Charge.

S&F in repairs to MCB SP 6-32 Amp with 10KA breaking capacity of 'C' series in distribution boards all as specified and directed.
