Providing and laying in position, Standardised Concrete Mix M-30 Grade in accordance with IS:456-2000 using 20mm and down graded hard broken granite stone jelly for all RCC items of works with minimum cementcontent of 400 kglms and maximum water cement ratio of 0.45, including admixture (plasticiser / superplasticiser) in recommended proportions as per IS:9103 to accelerate, retard setting of concrete, improve workability without impairing strength and durability with about (5.0 cu.m.) 7730 kg. of 20mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (3.3 cu.m.) 5156 kg. of 10-12mm machine crushed stone jelly and with about (4.79 cu.m') 7670 kg. of sand, but excluding cost of reinforcement grill and fabricating charges, centering and shuttering and also including laying, vibrating with mechanical vibrators, finishing, curing, etc. and providing fixtures like fan clamps in the RCC floor/ roof slabs wherever necessary without claiming extra, etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the departmental officers. The coarse and fine aggregates to be used should comply with the requirements of IS Standards. (No separate payment will be made by the Department for the excess usage of materials). Upto basement

Supplying, fabricating and palcing in position of MS & HSD grills for reinforcement for various members for all R.C.C. works including cost of steel, binding wire etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.( Upto 16 mm dia. )

Plain Cement Concrete 1:2:4 (one cement, two crushed stone sand and four hard broken stone jelly) using 20mm jelly for wearing coat including laying, compacting, finishing and curing, etc., complete as per standard specificatins and as directed by the departmental officers.-Mixing by mechanical means (S.No:135-SD Book Vol-I )

Painting two coasts with approved Emulsion paint over the exposed surface ( above G.L. )including cleaning, preparing surface and curing etc., complete complying with standard specification and as directed by TWAD Board Officers.

R.C.C. ladder should be made of two ribs of size 0.075 x 0.075 at 30mm c/c. The concrete should be of M20, 8mm RTS rod 4 nos. For ribs with 8mm RTS stirrups at 30cm c/c and 8mm RTS 2 nos. For steps with 4 Nos. rods as distribution including cost all men & materials complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of 0.60 x 0.60 m size water tight RCC manhole cover at the roof slab including the cost of men & materials complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD board officers.

Supplying and fixing in position of enamel coated water level indicator with ball floating arrangements on side wall of sump including the cost men & materials complying with special spacification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Reinforcement Cement Concrete 1 : 1 1/2 : 3 mix ( one Cement one and half sand and three hard broken granite stone of 20mm size hard broken granite stone) for ventilator of dia. 0.40 m with 0.05m thick. including the cost of men & materials complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board officers.

Refilling the foundation with excavated earth (other than sand) including watering, ramming, consolidating etc. complete complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Providing cut stone set in CM 1:3 mix below inlet pipe including the cost of men & materials complying with standard specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers.

Supplying and fixing of M.S. ladder outside the sump from G.L. to top of roof slab with all fixtures such as M.S. angles for landing and M.S. clamps for fixing the ladder etc. complete complying with special specification and as directed by the TWAD Board Officers. The ladder should be made of 65 x 65 x 6 mm equal angles for both sides and with necessary locking arrangements so as to avoid any damage by miscreants. The ladder should be painted with one coat of red oxide .

Supply and fixing of 2000 lit HDPE Tank ISI make with all accessories such as Tank Nipple, Washer etc., including cost and conveyance of all materials to site etc., complete as per standard specifications.

Supply and fixing of PVC 6ksc& GI"B' class pipe from approved company and including cost and conveyance of materials and all etc complete complying with std specifications 63mm pvc 6ksc pipe
