EXCAVATION AND EARTH WORK
Surface dressing not exceeding 15 cm deep in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre depth in depth for foundation etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.
Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator) in any type of soil means over areas depth not exceeding 1.5 m and 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5m complete all as specified and as directed.

STEEL, ALUMINIUM AND IRON WORK
Material and labour for mild steel TMT steel bars 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for mild steel TMT steel bars 5mm dia and over as in stirrups, spacers and binders cut to length, bent to shape required including cranking, bending and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings, etc. with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars and similar work conforming to Fe.290, Gde-E-265 complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails, straining bolts including securing or tying at crossings with and provision of mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc. complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other end or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washer and one hexagonal or square nut, length of bolt exceeding 22.5 cm but not exceeding 30 cm and dia of neck 10 to 20 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing mild steel plates (plain or chequerred), channels square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes with riveted, bolted or welded attachment using steel of grade Fe-410-W (Grade E-250) quality 'B' complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing mild steel posts and struts as in swan neck including tops bent to shape as directed including all necessry drilling, bolting, welding, riveting etc. conforming to Fe-290 (Grade E-165) complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for 4 mm dia galvanized steel wire mesh 150 mm x 100 mm, made up into mattresses or cages, lapped, wired and laid in position including closing after filling complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing fencing over boundary wall with punched tape concertina coil (PTCC) 1050 mm dia all as specified and shown on drawings and fixed with seven horizontal rows of reinforced barbed tape (RBT) as specified which is to be fixed between angle 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm at every interval of 3 metre centre to centre with wire, stud tied with GI staple & GI clips including all necessary bolts etc. complete all as specified and as directed. NOTE :- Cost of all items mentioned shall be deemed to be included in the quoted rate of this item except 50 mm x 50 mm x 6 mm angle iron which shall be measured and paid separately.
PLASTERING AND POINTING WORK
Material and labour for rendering 10mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for forming 'V' grooves in plaster not exceeding 10 mm deep and not exceeding 10 mm on face complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for washed stone grit plaster on walls in two layers, under layer 12 mm thick grey cement plaster 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) and furrowing the under layer with scratching tool, thereafter applying cement slurry on under layer @ 3 Kg/Square Metre, Top layer 15 mm cement plaster 1:1.5:2 (1 cement : 1.5 Coarse sand : 2 white / colour stone grit of 10 mm nominal size) in panels with grooves of uniform size 10mm wide and 15mm deep in the top layer of washed stone grit plaster using wood battens in panels, nailed to the under layer including removal of wooden battens, scrubbing and washing, the top layer with brushes and water to expose the stones grits complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- (a) Material of grit and locations on the exterior surfaces as directed by GE. (b) Shape of panel and grading of grit shall be approved by GE.
WHITE WASHING, COLOUR WASHING AND DISTEMDERING WORK
Material and labour for applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant priming paint on plastered or concrete surfaces of walls including preparation of newly plastered/pointed surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.
PAINTING WORK
Material and labour for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or grith, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide zinc chrome primer complete all as specified and as directed.
MISCELLANEOUS B/R ITEMS
Material and labour for HDPE pipes PN-10, 100 mm dia fixed in RCC wall complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for 25 mm thick pre-formed bituminous filler (mastic pad) as in expansion joints complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing 150 mm bore UPVC pipes of pressure rating 10 Kg f/Sq cm, single socketed in any length fixed in walls as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for cutting road pavement/hard standing by manually and making good the disturbed surface to match with the existing surface complete all as specified and as directed.
ELECTRICAL WORK
Supply and fixing factory made un reinforced precast concrete cable cover factory made ISI marked confirming to IS:5820 class LV type 1 flat of size 250 mm x 150 mm x 40 mm complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for GI tubing light grade 40 mm bore for passing through cables under the floor along the wall or along the pole complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, laying, jointing and testing, fixing to wall using clamps/ pole/ floor or in air or passing through pipes/ ducts/ road/ path/ drain, laid in trenches, 1100 volts grade heavy duty electric cable XLPE insulated, screened, PVC bedded, galvanised steel wire or wire armoured with electric power cable 1100 volts grade with stranded aluminium conductor of size 2 core 10 sqmm confirming to IS: 7098 Part-I and its latest amendments complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply, installation and erection in true vertical position or to be planted as strut steel tubular swaged welded poles complete with MS base plate 6 mm thick of size 300 mm x 300 mm at bottom duly welded and MS pole cap at top, poles shall made out of ERW MS tubing confirming to IS-1161 Part-II, type 410 SP-31 (9.0 mtrs long) including drilling of holes of required size & Nos for fixing cross arms/clamps, through hole of 14 mm diameter shall be provided at a height of 300mm above the planting depth for earthing arrangement, poles shall be painted internally throghout using anti corrosive black bituminous paint confirming to IS: 158-1968 and externally painted with two coat of red oxide primer and two coats of aluminium paint for exposed surface and two coats of black bituminious paint for portion embedded in concrete, painting three black and white bands in alternate layers at lower portion of pole each of 300mm height, writting pole no. with black paint in yellow paint circle 10cm dia at suitable height complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing LED street light fitting 35 Watt, for operating voltage between 140V to 300V, system efficiency not less than 100 lumen / watt or total lumen output not less than 3500 lumen, PF-0.95minimum, IP 65 and above protection, 5700CCT(K), CRI between 80-85, tested for LM79 and LM 80 standards or confirming as per IS-16104:2012 and IS:16106:2012, for estimated life span of minimum 50,000 hrs consisting of high / low voltage cut off, maintenance free isolated electronic driver with over voltage protection, surge protection and other safety test as per IS 15885 Part - 2, Sec 13 , Low THD, PMMA grade high quality transmittance lens, epoxy powder coated die cast aluminium housing (heat sink) with UV stabilised optics, polycarbonate LENS for symmetrical light distribution, weather proof gasket for lamp & driver compartment, heat resistance toughened UV stabilized glass fitted in cast aluminium housing, complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing hot pressed moulded glass reinforced polyester sheet moulding compound (SMC) junction box of dimensions 230mm x 185mm x 110mm, SMC confirming to IS: 13410:1992 grade S1, thickness of SMC sheet not less than 1.5mm, outdoor type, single door hinged with front side opening, weather proof, suitable locking arrangement at front, arrangement for incoming and outgoing cable entry at the bottom including brass double compression cable grand complete all as specified and and comprising of the following items as under:- (a) single phase and neutral aluminium bus bar duly dolour coated of size 25mm x 4mm mounted on epoxy resin base insulators, drilled holes for cable connection on bus bar including provision of PVC cable of suitable size and lenght from bus bar to MCB. (b) MCB SP 5 to 32 Amps - 01 No (c) Provision of clamp for mounting on pole / wall, clamp made from 20mm x 1.5mm flat iron of suitable shape and lenght duly fixed with nuts & bolts on the rear side of box complete all as specified and as directed.
Supply and fixing street light brackets with 40 mm dia GI tubing light grade, 1.2 metres length, bent to shape required including fixing with suitable MS clamps made out of 40 mm x 3 mm, nuts, bolts, washers etc. and fitted on LT poles/walls complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for PVC 3 core, 1.5 Sq mm flexible copper cable for connection from junction box to street light including suitable lugs, PVC conduit of size 20mm with suitable size clamps etc. required at site complete all as specified and as directed.
Material and labour for earthing complete with Galvanised steel earth plate electrode of size 600mm x 600mm x 6mm thick buired directly in ground vertically at a depth not less 2.25 mtr below normal ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 mtr below normal ground level, connected to GI wire 4 mm dia through 15 mm bore light grade GI pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of galvanized iron or steel with adequate quantity of charcoal and salt, proper watering arrangements including 20 mm bore medium grade GI tubing including funnel, wire mesh, RCC pit cover and PCC Chamber pit with 1:2:4 type C1, including excavation and earth work all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part-1 2009 connected to earthing test point complete all as specified and as directed. NOTES : (i) The end point connection of earthing shall be carried out with the help of GI bolt grouted and washer and nut all as directed. (ii) 4 mm dia GI wire and its protection pipe upto and including 7.5 mtr only from the top of earth electrode shall be deemed to be included under this item and additional earth wire & protection pipe etc. if any required at site shall be measured and paid for separately.
DEMOLITION AND DISMANTLING WORK
Dismantling posts ot struts (steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground, posts embedded in cement concrete complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling fencing wire mesh of any type/description complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling galvanized barbed wire of any dia/type complete all as specified and as directed.
Dismantling mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and as directed.
