Provn of manning and Operation and maintenance of various E and M installation pump house No 1 and 2 at Jorhat garrison and pump house No 3 and STP at Rangaihabi Tea Estate Jorhat Assam under HQ 25 Sect AR

Daily maintenance, manning and operation of the water supply installations and DG Sets with one operator Skilled in each shift (Two shifts for one installation and one shift for one installation, each shift consisting 8 hrs per shift) including Sunday and holiday as per specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge Notes:- (i)The terms of daily operation includes cleaning of installations, minor maintenance of pump/motors and DG sets .cleaning inserting gland packing for pumps and valves ,maintaining hourly reading and recording of each pump motor and DG sets , maintaining Log sheets in standard performa to make records in consultation with Engr-in-Charge and periodically maintenance of IRP includes backwashing minimum of twice a week. Feeding of chemical incl bleaching/alum/soda ash powder. maintenance & repair of electrical accessories as per direction of Engr-inCharge. Cleaning of Sedimentation Tank, Aeration Tower, & Over head Storage Tank monthly or as required. (ii). The employees should have minimum ITI certificate holder or 3 year experience in any Govt/private sector. (iii) The fuel and Lubricants shall be issued under Schedule B for plant and machinery. (iv) Spares will be measured and paid separately under appropriate items. (v) A register for recording pumping detail to be maintained In approved format by the contractor during operational of pump house all as directed by E-in-charge.

Daily maintenance and attending water supply complaints for distribution water pipe lines of various sizes in one shifts per day consisting of 8 hrs per shift /day by employing 01 Plumber including Sunday and Holidays for entire Pump House 1, 2 & SF Accn, Jorhat. Note:-The plumber should have Skilled minimum ITI Certificate holder or equivelent.

Outsourcing of maintenance services for attending Day to Day complaints of internal electrification/LT supply Such as No light, Loose connections, short circuits, checking of existing electric items/ circuit for continuous electrical supply or detection of nature of defect/fault, carrying out minor repairs as required to make the items/circuits functional or to restore electric supply i.e. tightening of loose connections, insulating the naked wire, opening of bakelite sheet/cover plates/DBs etc and refixng the same after necessary repairs, cutting of bakelite sheet for fixing of accessories & making all electric connection etc, replacing defective items i.e. switch, socket, fan regulator, MCB, MCCB, ballast, tube rods, casing & caping, conduits, PVC boxs, wires, light luminaries, Bus bar trunking Switchgear Distribution Pannel etc.of any type & in any position and other electrical accessories etc, for entire Garrision Area under 25 Sect Gatrrision by employing 03 Electrician/ Skilled Labour every day including Sunday and Holiday as per following shift to entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-Charge complete all as directed.for Area under 25 Sect Garrison as per following :- (a) 01 Nos electricians in 01 (one) Working Hours shift of 08 hours in every day 24 hours (b) 01 Nos electricians in 01 (one) evening shift of 08 hours in every day 24 hours (c) 01 Nos electricians in 01 (one) Night shift of 08 hours in every day 24 hours Note :- (a) The electrician(s) must be qualified/skilled enough to understand the electric supply circuits comprise of various LT control panels, switch gears, change over switchs, LT busbar and other connected accessories to carried out necessary repair work and to providing uninterrupted power supply to various married /OTM and Other connected area. He should be well conversant with the lay out diagram of the electric supply and locations of diversions and switch gear etc and their operations.

Outsourcing service for operation , safe guarding and maintenance of sewage treatment plant NGPT based (capacity-57.5 Cum/day ) including various electrical and mechanical equipments at Rangaihabi Tea estate SF accn area and attending minor fault of STP, maintenance of chlorine PPM, TDS testing of treated water all as specified and directed by Engrf-in-charge by employing suitably qualified & experienced tradesman 01 Nos for one shifts per day of eight hours . The installation manned for daily bases including sunday and holiday. The trademan will be in possession of required working/safety tools to operate the plant /DG set/control panels.The person should carrying out the maintenance of plant and keeping the installation neat and clean. All documents related to the equipments such as log sheet , record of SEB power supply are to be maintained as per prescribed format approved by Engr- in-Charge .The installation consist of the following (a) Raw sewage pump 3.0 HP/2.2 KW capacity- 02 Nos (b) chlorine dosing pump of .25 HP capacity - 01 Nos (c) MGF feed pump 1.5 HP-02 Nos (d) Treated water feed pump 1.5 HP -01 Nos Notes: (i) The terms of daily Check Sewage line and clear stack Sewage line, operation includes cleaning of installation, maintenance of main control panel room as per direction of Engr-inCharge. Notes: - Item No. 1 to 4 (a)The timing of shift(s) and location will be decided by the Engineer-in-charge as per ground requirements in consultation with user, accordingly, the manpower will be deployed by the contractor for each shift(s) and location. No claim(s) by contractor on this ground will be entertained at any stage. In case of any difference of opinion between Engineer-in-charge and the Contractor in this regards, the decision of the Accepting Officer shall be final, conclusive and binding. (b) A register and complaint slip shall be maintained in approved format by the contractor during attending service calls and breakdowns and duly signed by the concerned JE E/M. (c) All the complaint(s) will be addressed and rectified within a same day after receipt of complaint or any stipulated time given by the JE/Engineer-in-charge. If, contractor or his tradesmen fails to attend and rectify the complaint on the same day or any stipulated time given by the JE/Engineer-in-charge, the compensation/penalty of Rs. 20.00 (Twenty Rupees only) per complaint per Hours for first two hours and after that 100.00 (One hundred Rupees only) per complaint per day shall be recovered from the contractor’s dues. (d) The electrician(s) should not leave the complaint cell till the next reliever(s) does not report to complaint cell. (e) All the manpower employed by contractor should be free from the habits of any addiction such as liquor, smoking or other drugs. (f) If any person found absent from particular shift hours, a penalty of Rs. 500/- per day has been recovered from the contractors dues. (g) The cost of transportation (to and fro) and other necessary T&P (i.e. screw driver set each sizes, line tester, combination and cutting pliers, cutting knife, hand gloves suitable for available voltages, Test lamp with conductor and holder etc), equipment and safety gear shall be arranged / brought by contractor to complete the job and no extra cost shall be paid to the contractor in this effect. (h) The cost of minor items i.e. screws, washers, fuses, small wires of any size and description upto 0.5 mtrs, thimbles (upto 6 sqmm size wire), blanking plates and insulation tapes etc shall be deemed to be inclusive in the quoted rates only and major items/materials which are required to be replaced with new one i.e. switch, socket, bell push, lamp holder, ceiling rose, fan regulator, modular accessories, ballast / chock, lamp, bakelite sheet, MCCB, MCB, casing & caping, plug top, light luminaries, PVC box, conduits etc shall be issued for "Free for Fixing only", but cost of labour element is deemed to be inclusive in quoted rates. (j) All the relevant norms and IE rules provisions shall be adhered while working on electric circuits of LT and necessary protective devices and tools required shall be inclusive of this provisions. (k) Conveyance of staff should be provided by the contractor. (l) Contractor shall provide a Mobile telephone to tradesmen with free incoming facility to receive call from departmental staff. (m) Proper uniform (including rubber sole shoes) with name plates displaying all the details shall be provided to the duty personnel by the contractor complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. (n) The contractor shall also ensure that all the provisions as laid down in contract labour Act 1970 suchas payment of minimum fair wages, working conditions etc., are complied with. (o) Cleaning of installation/sub station including clearing of vegitation, wild growth and trimming of grass etc., around the installation compound shall be carried out complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge

Chemical and bacteriological testing of water sample collected from various pump houses as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. Note:-water sample be collected from place given by Engr -in- Charge and ensure proper water testing carried out from Govt approved laborateory and after testing,water report collected from Govt agency to be submitted to Department.

M& L for servicing of silent diesel engine generating set capacity 30/62.5 KVA (Make: Kirloskar/ Greaves/Eicher) installed at Jorhat Garrision & Lekhapani, as per prescribed in repairs and maintenance by authorised OEM , cleaning and servicing of fuel supply assembly ,radiator assembly, AVR unit, AMF panel, incl replacement of minor spare parts viz. air filter ,oil filter , fuel filter ,battery terminals ,battery charging unit, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The contractor will attend breakdown with in 24 Hrs incase of genrator gets off road or any other fault occured .

M& L for servicing of silent diesel engine generating set capacity 63/100/125 KVA (Make: Kirloskar/ Greaves/Eicher) installed at Jorhat Garrision & Lekhapani, as per prescribed in repairs and maintenance manual by authorised OEM , cleaning and servicing of fuel supply assembly ,radiator assembly, AVR unit, AMF panel, incl repacement of minor spare parts viz. air filter ,oil filter , fuel filter ,battery terminals ,battery charging unit, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The contractor will attend breakdown with in 24 Hrs incase of genrator gets off road or any other fault occured .

M&L of repair/service of upto 15 HP Submersible pump set complete dismantling, cleaning, re-winding with suitable gauge of copper wire varnishing, heating, servicing of pump assembly including lifting/lowering of pump set from borehole and after repair of pump motor lowering in position re-assembling all the dismanlted components with testing, commissioning to the entire satisfaction incl repairing of starter with one as per directed by Engr-In- Charge.

M&L for disconnection/ dismentling of electric motor of capacity 15 HP, 3Ph, 415 Volt. taking out old unserviceable burnt winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire, 'H' Class of suitable size including insulating material such as varnish, sleeves, paper etc and refixing the same in position with proper alignment and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for disconnection/ dismentling of electric motor of capacity 7.5 HP, 3Ph, 415 Volt. Taking out old unserviceable burnt winding and rewinding the same with super enamelled copper wire, 'H' Class of suitable size including insulating material such as varnish, sleeves, paper etc and refixing the same in position with proper alignment and testing all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
