SITC of Treated Fresh Air system comprising Chiller with Air Handling Units (AHUs) for Chemical Laboratories:

Supply of minimum capacity 37 TR minimum cooling capacity liquid air-cooled chiller package having minimum COP/[email protected] required at 100% capacity at 13-degree C chilled water outlet & 18-degree C inlet and 35-degree C ambient temperatures & fouling factor 0.000176. The water chilling machine shall consist of Scroll compressors along with a sound proof compressor compartment, squirrel cage induction motor, starter ,Electronic Expansion Valve, brazed plate heat exchanger- Evaporator and air cooled condenser with Copper – Aluminium Condenser Coil with Axial fans, chilled water circulation pump and filled with R410a Refrigerant Gas .Refrigerant piping, wiring and automatic controls all mounted on a common steel frame, factory charged refrigerant gas and oil, spring isolator and other accessories factory assembled and tested. Machine shall be designed for tropical coastal climate & multiple start-ups. Body & coil should be treated with anti-corrosive chemical. The chilling unit shall be AHRI/Eurovent certified. Supply of 6000CFM 50mm static, Double Skin Standard type Horizontal floor mounting Air Handling Unit for Store area constructed from 22G plain SS 304 sheet as inner skin & outer skin shall be 22 G SS304 with 60mm thick injected PFU with 45 kg/cubm. density insulation in-between and the frame work shall be constructed of extruded SS 304 hollow section and filled with reformed insulation section. Unit shall consist of following: a) Fan section with 1 no. forward curved fan of ‘KRUGER’ or Equivalent make with suitable capacity energy efficient Motors Siemens / ABB make, taper lock pulleys & belts b) Coil section with CU coil of 5/8" ,8 rows deep cooling coil ( 2 coil sections of 4 rows deep each) size 20 G thickness & AL Fins of 32G Thickness c) Suitable depth 2 Pass PVC moisture eliminator Fixed after coil to collect moisture on condensate tray d) Filter section with flat type air filters with 3 ply pleaded HDPE washable filters with SS304 casing of 50mm thick, e) Fresh air Chamber d) Volume control Damper constructed from SS304 material All AHU nut, bolt and washer should be of Stainless-Steel materials having 304 grades. Installation, testing & commissioning including S&I of insulated piping & ducting with insulation including connection piece, modification of ducting of existing AHU at 2nd floor for connection of new treated fresh air AHU with dampers, 3-way valve, etc, supervision, testing & demonstration, and training with supply of all accessories like pipe, insulation, valves, Gauges, etc. at the consignee’s site as per ‘Technical Specification’ and tender drawing No. TFR/TSR/AC14/RO

Comprehensive Maintenance contract (CMC) of one number 37TR capacity Air-cooled Liquid package Chiller operating on 3 phases, 415-volt electrical supply complete with condenser, evaporator, and its essential accessories, including electronic type expansion valve, microprocessor-based unit mounted control panel, etc. with one number 6000 CFM capacity double skin AHU strictly as per specification with one-year warranty reckoned from the date of commissioning.
