Repair, servicing and comprehensive maintenance of DG Sets of any make of the following capacities incl replacement of defective /burn out parts by new parts such as filters,gaskets,V belts,Engine oil , rubber hoses,cleaning of alternator by vacuum cleaner and greasing of bearing with cother connected work for the cap 200 kVA complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. And supply only following consumable parts. (NOTE: Cost factorof labours for servicing & fixing of parts shall be deemed to be included in unit rate. However worn out & unservicable parts to be replaced will be measured and paid separately as supply only. Make of spare parts same as of DG set or as per sample. Servicing will be done as per manufacturer instructions.

Supply & pouring in sump/topping up of Engine oil of grade 15W-40/20W-50 in engine or replacement from Engine.

Supply & filling coolant in radiator in any type of DG set at various loactions all as directed by Engr-in-charge

S&F in replacement battery lead of copper conductor 16 sqmm single core 1.5 mtr long fitted with battery lead terminal one side and other side with brass ternminal,clamps, copper lugs and connection as directected by Engr-in- Charge.

Supply & pouring of Electrolyte for lead acid battries in sealed container all as directed by Engr-in-charge

Disconnecting of radiator from engine of DG sets of capacity 200 kVA and taking it to workshop for overhauling ,cleaning, descaling with restore plus solution ,welding and brazing as required for repair of water leaking, refixing it at site duly repaired all as directed by Engineer -in-Charge.
