M&L for Opening of the pressure filter of any capacity , taking out filter media from the tank, cleaning and washing the filter media, sieving and stacking serviceable media in different grading , removing unserviceable filter media to a distance exceeding 100m and not exceeding 150m as complete all as specified and directed. by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for Taking out GM/Brass/PVC nozzles from the filter of any size and type all as specified and directed.

M&L for Fixing only serviceable GM/Brass/PVC nozzels retreived under Srl item 2 above after cleaning with air pressure and sulphuric acid complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F of PVC nozzles of filter of same size, make and type as replaced complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supplying, laying, packing in 1st layer filter media from bottom 100mm thick, natural river shingle obatined from Haridwar/ Kota/Nazibabad,Bijnor of size 40mm to 25mm duly sieved, disintered and washed with diluted sulphuric acid complete all as specified and directed.

Supplying, laying, packing in 2nd layer filter media from 1st layer 100mm thick, natural river shingle obatined from Haridwar/ Kota/Nazibabad,Bijnor of size 25mm to 15mm duly sieved, disintered and washed with diluted sulphuric acid complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of pressure filter (inside) any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with anti corrosive paint with spray machine including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces of pressure filter (outside) any description, not otherwise description, over 10 cm width or girth and painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint with spray machine including cleaning, stopping and rubbing down and removing all drops etc. complete all as specified directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for preparation of old painted steel and iron surfaces piping systems, sluice valves pumps sets, motor blower unit, of filtration plant, painting one coat with synthetic enamel paint with spray machine including scrubbing of old painting surfaces of all assets etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge..

M&L for Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of non return sluice valve with both side flanged of class 1.6 PN with nuts, bolts washer etc including taking out old UNSV non return sluice valve complete all as specified and as directed as per following sizes:

M&L for disconnecting electrically operated monoblock pump set, 3 phase, of 7.5 to 10 HP and taking out from foundation for repair, transporting to workshop for repair and assembling the same after repair, transporting back to site, refixing recommissioning and testing of complete pump set to the entire satisfaction of EIC as directed. Note:- Spare parts will be measured and paid for separately as supply only. Cost of labour for replacement of parts shall be deemed to include in the rate quoted for this item. All the repair work should be completed within 72 hours, to made functional swimming Pools

M&L for Opening the 3 phase, 7.5 HP to 10 HP, 415 Volt electric motor carefully removing all burnt /wornout coils by cutting, cleaning the slots and rewinding the supper enamelled copper wire of existing size including varnishing two coats, drying and reassembling the electric motor and testing the smooth running of the motor on full load for 8 hours continuously complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

All as per Srl item No. 18. here-in-before but 3 HP to 5 HP capacity.

M&L for taking down old unserviceable ball bearing of 7.5 to 10 HP electic motor and Supply and fix new ball bearing suitable size and make complete all as specified and directed.
