SPECIAL REPAIR WORKS IN JUDGE HOUSE SECTOR 3 AND 4 CHANDIGARH.

Steel work in built up frame made of / M.S. flat / M.S. pipe / M.S. angles of various sections including cutting, hoisting fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and two coats of snthetic enmael paint, welded and bolted including special shaped washers etc.. The work is required for making security wall jaffery/ ladder/grills/ frame work for shed or sunshade / other mis work.The steel work is to be provided at the site of the building complete in all respect and to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 2'-0” deep cupboard /cabinet consisting of 19mm thick commercial board and 6mm thick ply on back side, 4mm thick teak ply pasted on the exposed surface and making shelves in cabinet 0.8mm mica inside canbinet . The rate further includes the cost of lipping, piano hinges, cupboard lock, screws, nails, 2 nos. fancy s.s. handles, 2 nos. magnetic catchers, fevicol and painting two coats over one priming coat and preparation of surface on board and ply surface and spirit polishing on teak ply complete in position as per entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 1.5mm thick polycarbonate sheet to be fixed on the existing MS frame with self drilling machine screws complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing 12mm thick toughened glass door for entry and exist including the cost of SS long handle, floor door closer, fixed at site complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, including rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1 : 4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) :25 mm thick

Providing and fixing 15 to 18 mm thick gang saw cut, mirror polished, premoulded and prepolished, machine cut for kitchen platforms, vanity counters, window sills, facias and similar locations of required size, approved shade, colour and texture laid over 20 mm thick base cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), joints treated with white cement, mixed with matching pigment, epoxy touch ups, including rubbing, curing, moulding and polishing of edges to give high gloss finish etc. complete at all levels. 40 mm thick fine dressed stone flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:5 (1 cement: 5 coarse sand) with joints finished flush. Red sand stone

Providing and fixing looking mirror fixed on 4mm thick ply including the cost of 1/2" x 3/4" hard wood beading all around the mirror including the cost of nails, putty, etc. and spirit polish complete in all respect to the entire satisfaction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing and fixing aluminium die cast body tubular type universal hydraulic door closer (having brand logo with ISI, IS : 3564, embossed on the body, door weight upto 35 kg and door width upto 700 mm), with necessary accessories and screws etc. complete.
