Spr repair to external electrification of Asc Bn under GE (East) Ferozepur Cantt

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.5 meter wide and not exceeding 1.5 meter deep for laying of cable, pole foundation, etc including taking out old brick cable protection cover and getting out forming bottom surface to required gradient, complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in, earth including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming in layers each not exceeding 25 cm thick each layer, complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exc. 50 meter and depositing where directed at a level not exc. 1.5 meter above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with fine sand for cable protection laid in trenches 8 cm before laying of cable and 15 cm after laying and stretching the cable complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Punned down thickness as laid down in SSR Part I shall be measured and paid.

Material and labour brick protection layer for cables laid in trenches using sub-class ‘B’ bricks laid dry width wise acrose the line of cable (perpendicular to the direction of cable) complete all as specified and directed.

The panel board shall be made of 3.15 thick CRCA/MS sheet (Min size 1.6 m x 1.35 m x 0.6 m ) duly powder coated with pure polyester based paint on both externally and internally. The panel have to provide proper compartment as per IS specification and wiring of panel with suitable size of copper conductor FRLS cable not less than 2.5 Sqmm , thimbles including cable entry glands, all as directed. Base frame of the panel shall be made of angle iron of size 50 x 50 x 6 mm embedded in PCC (1:3:6) type C-2 using 40 mm stone aggregate of upto 1/2 mtr height below GL & 1/2 mtr for above GL. Supply , installation, testing and commissioning factory made LT bus bar panel board cubical, out door type, floor mounted double door, 3 phasse 4 wire, 50 cycles, 415 volts IP- 65 the panel board shall be made of 3.15 mm thick CRCA sheet for load bearing members shall be powder coated both side. Base frame of the panel shall be made of ICMC channel of size 50x50x6 mm, duly grouted on PCC plareform of size (0.8mx0.8m) made of brick work in CM (1:4), including 15 mm thick plastering in CM (1:6) having minimum height of 600mm including digital type ampere meter (0-400 Amp) and volt meter(0-500 volts). The panel board shall be ssuitable for AC, 415 Volts, 50 Hz, 3 phase, 4 wire supply complete with and comprising of the following :- (i) Epoxy insulated 200 Amps rated high conductivity aluminium bas bar including aluminium lugs to conect the cable. Earthing complete with galvanized mild steel earth plate electrode size 600 mm x 600 mm x 6.3 mm thick buried directly in ground (Preferably in vertical position) earth pit not less than 2.25 metre below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less 1.5 metre below ground level connected to galvanized iron earth strip 32 x 6 mm by means of bolts, nuts, check nut and washer of galvanized iron including PCC pit in RCC 1:2:4 type B-1, precast RCC cover with suitable handle, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, 50 mm bore medium grade galvanized iron water tubing fixed with cast iron funnel and wire mesh and 50 mm bore light grade galvanized iron protection pipe for earth strip 32 x 6 mm upto 7.5 m length, charcoal, common salt, complete all as shown in EP No 1 of SSR 2009 Part-I, connected to test point complete, all as specified and testing on completion, complete all as specified and directed. Supply, Installation and Fixing LT Cable junction box shall be made out of Thermoplastic Polycarbonate and size should be not less than 200mm x 160mm x 98 mm(upto Cable Size 16/25sq.mm). The Polycarbonate JB shall be environment friendly, recyclable, halogen & silicon free, anti acid & anti corrosive,IP 65 in accordance with IEC 60529,Weatherproof UV-resistant, rainwater-proof, temperature-resistant. The gasket material of JB shall be Polyurethane and the gasket shall be internally embedded. The Junction Box shall be complies with requirements of the standards IEC 60998 - 1, IEC 60670 - 22 & IEC 60670 - 2 - 5. The JB Colour according to RAL 7035. The Junction Box shall be with four side screw and they will be sealable without any accessories. The manufacturer of Junction Box / Enclosure shall be submit a copy of IEC Certificate . For better safety the Polycarbonate enclosure and shall be fire retardant & self - extinguishing in accordance with IEC 60695 - 2 - 11, DIN VDE 0304 Part - 3, UL Subject 94 for Flammability V-2. It should be tested at Glow Wire test for 960 degree Centigrade & Terminal Stud with Current Carrying Capacity upto 63Amps. The impact strength of Polycarbonate enclosure / boards i.e. the Degree of protection against mechanical load shall be in accordance with EN 50298 - 98 for IK 08 including one No. 4 pole connector including MCB SP, 6 Amp and Chromium plated clamps, suitable Cable Gromets and nut bolts and complete all accessories. Note:- Manufacturer should submit routine test certificate of CJB/PJB

Supply & fixing 1.5 sqmm, 3 core PVC insulated and FR PVC round sheathed copper conductor flexible cable, 1100 volts grade for connection from Junction Box to street light fittings complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying concealed Rigid non-metallic, ISI marked, PVC conduit 20mm dia exclusive of boxes (junction/terminal) but inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers, bell mouth tube ends and fixing accessories such as couplers, lock nuts, saddles, pipe hooks etc. complete all as specified and directed.
