M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint on wall,complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer and 3mm thick putty on walls, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L PCC 1:4:8 type D2 ( Using 40mm graded stone aggregate) , 75 mm thick in sub base, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 20-25 mm thick machine cut Polished kota stone as in flooring over cement screed base laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L 18-20 mm thick Machnie cut polished kota stone as in dado/skirting set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match over 10mm thick rendering in cm 1:4 backing coat, complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L preparation of old painted surfaces of steel and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint on steel surfaces over 10 cm width or girth, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L 75 mm thick PCC 1:3:6, type C2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) in plinth protection laid in alternative bays finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making 10 mm wide grooves to full depth at 3 m interval and at every change of direction and filling the grooves with mixture of bitumen and sand mixed in the ratio of 1:3 by weight and top 10 mm depth sealed with sealing compound grade ‘A’ complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for point wiring of any length complete with stranded copper conductor 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable up to 1100 V grade FRLS conforming to IS - 694 multistranded CONCEALED with new sunk type pressed steel terminal boxes suitable for MODULAR switches including fixing/grouting sunken/ surface as per site requirement covered with suitable modular white cover plate for suitable size for mounting of MODULAR switches, regulators and drawing continuous earth wire with one run of 1.5 Sqmm (nominal area) PVC insulated unsheathed cable up to 1100 V grade FRLS conforming to IS - 694 multistranded copper conductor as earth wire and connecting to common earth dolly and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with the existing surfaces complete all as specified and as directed for the following :- Note: Modular coer plate with frame, Modular metal flux box and cutting chases are inclusive of unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Note:5 runs of 6 Square mm cable and 1 run of PVC conduit with accessories shall be measured and paid as 1 unit of running metre. Note: Cutting/Chases is inclusive of unit rate quoted by the tenderer.

Material and labour for sub main wiring with two runs of single core FRLS PVC multistranded stranded unsheathed copper conductor cable of size 4 square mm and drawing through PVC conduit of 25mm dia with accessories on surface in wall/roof along with one run of 4 square mm FRLS PVC insulated unsheathed multi stranded 1100 volts grade with copper conductor cable as earth continuity conductor connected to earth and earth dolly, connecting to main board including removing the existing wiring and making good the disturbed wall surfaces to match with the surroundings complete all as specified and directed.
