| 1 | M&L for taking proper shut down, disconnecting incoming / out going cable, control cable from 11 KV VCB of any type and capacity upto 800 amps and carrying out complete servicing / overhauling, resetting of all electrical and mechanical parts for easy and proper operation, greasing of moving / revolving / sliding parts in VCB Panel, calibration of relays, meters incl thorough cleanining with air blower / vacuum cleaner, decarbonising & providing mineral jelly to all arcing contacts of the VCB and control panel, and serviceability check from local / remote control panel including replacement of unserviceable minor spare parts viz. nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc complete including reassembling complete parts reconnecting incoming / outgoing cable, testing on load and complete all as specified and directed.
Note- (i). Unserviceable items other than minor parts to be replaced will be meaured and paid seperately as supply only under revelent items in the schedule. However, cost of certain minor spares viz nut / bolt / washer / connecting wire / insulation tape / sleeves etc. if required shall deem to be included in the cost of repair of the item.
(ii) The spare parts to be replaced shall be of reputed brand / make and shall be of same type, design, specifications etc to match with the existing and as per the recommendation of OEM.
(iii) Complete servicing and calibration work shall be carried out by qualified and reputed service engineer only.
