M&L for dismantling of fencing, wire mesh of any type and in any position by unscrewing nuts fillets, clamps complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling posts or strut (steel or RCC fencing posts) any section and taking out embedded portion (post embedded in concrete) including making good to disturbed ground surfaces complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for dismantling structural steel work including doors, gates but excluding framed truss etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of brick work or stone boulder masonry built in cement mortar including all quions, arches, pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facings, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for demolition of PCC block masonry work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors not exc 15 cm in thickness (below or above ground level), complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : All the demolished material will be disposed off outside the MOD land).

M&L for excavating in post holes (or similar holes) in Hard/Dense soil each n. exc 0.5 cum, getting out, returning, filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25cm, watering, and removing surplus soil to a distance n. exc 50m and making good surface complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 m wide and n.exc 1.5 m in depth plan area are not exc 10 Sqm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in, including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25 cm in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing excavated soil n exc 50m and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for plain cement concrete 1:3:6 type C-2(using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in foundation filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Pre-cast cement concrete block type C1, 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) masonry with solid blocks, exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for plain cement concrete type C1 1:3:6 (using 20 mm graded granite stone aggregate) as in cills, benching and other similar bands, plinth courses, parapets, copings, bed plates and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating as directed including use and waste of form work complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for mild steeel framed work confirming to (Fe-410 Gde 250 quality A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only Chain link fencing made out of 3.15 mm dia galvanised iron wire of mesh of size 50mmx50mm made up to into mattress or cages complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel round bars 10mm dia and over of Fe-410-W (Gde E-250) quality A or Fe 290 (Gde E-165), cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending for hooping as in securing bar complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Mild steel screw bolts (machine made) with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, n exc 5cm long, diameter of neck in 11 to 15 mm complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shapes as directed, drilling holes notching for wire etc flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc and similar work confirming to Fe-290 Gde E-165) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia, barbed with 2mm dia, barbs at 75mm spacing as in fencing and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails/ straining bolts including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins etc (each line of wire to be measured separately) complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair galvanised mild steel concertina coil fencing of 600mm dia, centre to centre barbs distance 48mm, thickness of strip 0.5mm, length of barbs 10.5mm, Dia of spring wire 2.5mm, No. of spiral (No of turn) 50/51 per coil clip per spiral 5 Nos, weight not less than 8.50Kg/coil (recommended coil stretch length 6 mtr) and conforming to IS and as per manufacturers instruction and laying and secured with barbed wire/iron angle by using necessary securing clips complete all as specified and directed. Note : Measurement taken on effective length of fencing and not length of coil.

M&L for 100 mm thick PCC 1:4:8 type D2 (using 40 mm graded stone aggregate) in sub base of flooring/ hard standing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick with grey cement and pigment, set, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry in floors over 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Sand filling 30mm thick under floors including levelling watering and compaction complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for machine pressed precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60 mm thickness M-35 Grade with grey cement and pigments complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. including raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbing down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) on fair faces of brick or concrete wall surface to be finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all specified and as directed

Supply only liquid water proofing compound complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of old decorated plastered surfaces of wall by brooming down or steel wire brushing and applying two coats of cement base paint, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparing new steel surfaces of and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer of any description over 10cm in width or girth n. otherwise described complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 300mm diameter reinforced concrete pipes, class NP3, laid and jointed complete with collars complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L concrete bed to drain pipes 300mm diameter including packing under, and haunching against the sides of pipes after they are laid and tested in type C2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) complete all as specified and as directed.
