M&L for brick work with flyash bricks, in cement mortar (1:6), staight or curved on plan exc 6.0 m mean raidus complete all as specifed and directed.

Dismantling of brick tiles or terracing tiles single layers on roofs complete all as specified.

Demolition of mud phuska, in roof any thickness including leeping plastering (whether full, thickness removed or only a part thereof) complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying evenly blown type bitumen 85/25 @ 1.2 kg per square metre including cleaning the surface complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6, type C-0 using 12.5mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in padding over roof, minimum thickness at khurra as 25mm to maintain a slope of 1:100, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for applying APP based polymeric membrane on primed surface by press application method with minimum 75mm longitudinal wise lap and 100mm over lap on the transverse direction duly sticked using APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 3.00 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane, black finished non woven polyester reinforced 3mm thick complete all as specified and directed.

M & L plain cement concrete tiles 20-22 mm thick, machine pressed, set jointed and pointed with and including neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick sceed bed in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick brick tiles (Except tiles) laid on cement mortar and joints grouted flush in cement mortar 1:3 over and including 15mm thick bedding layer complete all as specified and directed. NOTE: Tiles retrieved from dismantling of tiles shall be used after proper cleaning.

Cutting grooves in brick wall, 75mm wide and 65mm deep and shaping horizontal face of groove with cement mortar 1:3 complete all as specifed and directed.

M & L for PCC (1:2:4) type C-2 using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping including necessary form work all as specified and directed

Roughening surfaces of old concrete floor by picking, sweeping cleaning and washing down with water to remove dust, etc complete all as specified and directed.

S&F for rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks of 1000 ltrs capacity (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position including 20mm dia HD polythene float (ball) and epoxy coated aluminium rod (fly nut) screwed for iron pipe or brass ferrule complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F in repair 20mm bore Ball Brass valve high pressure with polythene float and flynut, screwed for Iron/PPR pipe or brass ferrule and fixed complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete reinforced of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed

M&L for formwork to chullah hoods, chajjas, troughs and similar items including edges, finshed flat rough finished surfaces etc.complete all as specified and directed.

S&F bands, straps, supports or stays for rainwater, ventilating pipes, incl bolts, if reqd : hooks (say), heavy, for large gates, hook and pintle hinges : large hasps and staples; chains; hand made sliding bolts ; clamps; hold fasts; waal ties; hooks for hanging fans; plain angle cleats for securing purlins to wood trusses or rafters; knee piece inserts,; two way and three way straps, plate washers and similar small articles conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-165 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for preparation of new painted surfaces of steel and iron work of any description over 10 cm width or girth not otherwise described and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer on new surfaces (tint/shade as decided by GE) complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster of any description, any thickness from external surfaces of walls/soffits etc. incl raking out joints, hacking for keys, scrubbibg down with water etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L providing precast Cement concrete louvres and jallies, Type B0, 1:2:4 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate), 25mm thick (measured solid), set in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia dia barbs at 75mm spacing and straining and fixing to any type standard rails straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc., complete all as specified and as directed. Restraining, resecuring including making good staples of Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia dia barbs at 75mm spacing and provisin of galvanised mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and as directed.
