Work

Laying of 40 mm dia MS round bar 0.9 Meter below ground level including cutting, bending, straightening, welding, and painting, excavation, back feeling & all other associated work to complete the job satisfactorily as per direction of Engineer in charge (M.S. round bar shall be provided by department).

Piercing of MS Electrode below 1200mm into the ground using hammer completely at all the junction points along with welding & painting at outer periphery of earth mat as per relevant IS.

Interconnection of the earth mat laid with the existing earth mat of the 220 KV S/S Bhelupur at specified point by welding as that complete earth mat acts in coherent manner to provide proper earthing of the substation.

Sorting counting shifting of GI/CI structure to loading point and loading on private vehicle at EFU Naini, Prayagraj. Safe Carriage of GI/CI structure(17 MT Approx.) from EFU Naini Prayagraj to 220 KV S/S Bhelupur (Approx. distance 140KM) through private vehicle to be provided by the contractor. Unloading of structure from vehicle, its sorting counting and proper stacking at the premises of 220 KV S/S Bhelupur at suitable place. (17 MT Approx.)

Erection of structure parts of Main & Auxiliary structure. The job consist to shifting of all material, structure parts, nut bolts washers etc from store to work site, erection of structure as per relevant drawing and practices.

Dismantling of old security fencing and horizontal angle pales, including gas cutting of stay and upright for extension of switchyard, including dismantling base of above ground level and shifting material at safe place.

Erection of pale fencing for switchyard by way of grouting vertical upsise at approx 3 mtr apart in pit size 350x350x370mm with 1:2:4 cement stone,blast and sand ratio and making platform then fixing of horizontal runner and pales with suitable size of nut bolt and washer including cost of men ,material and T&P but excluding cost of pale fencing and including tag welding of pale fencing all other associated work fencing include welding shifting the material to site etc. including cost of nut & Bolt.

Painting of Newly erected pale fencing by scratching,rubbing,with wire brush, cleaning applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coat of synthetic enamel paint of bus green color of standard quality.

Erection of following equipments including shifting from different storage location under this Division to 220KV SS Bhelupur erection site including all other associated works to complete the job satisfactorily.
