Cross arms. bracings, support channel, backpate hooks etc fabricated from structural steel sections MS angle, channel and flat etc of required size and shape including nuts, bolts,washers, welding, bending , cutting cold or hot, drilling holes for inserting bolts as indicated and directed including painting with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Dismantling ACSR conductor from LT/HT poles complete all as specified and directed.

Aluminium conductor steel reinforced, any size, (Weasel/Ferret/Squirrel as required) including stringing, binding, jointing, jumpering etc on insulators or on poles with minimum sag complete all as specified and diercted.

Danger notice plate of 1.6 mm thick mild steel sheet of size 20x15 mm,painted vitreous enamelled white, with letters, figures and conventional skull and bones in signal red colour and fixed with screws on LT panel boards complete all as specified and directed.

Obtaining written shut down from concerned JE/AGE (E/M), trimming / prunning of tree branches touching to the LT over head line or near to the LT over head line as per the direction of AGE E/M/JE incharge complete including removing the tree branches from site complete all as specified and directed by Engr in Chatge. Note :(I) Span from one pole to next pole ( 30 to 50 RM) will be considered as a one Job (ii) Any damage caused due to contractor workmen will be rectified without any extra payment (iii) T & P such as ladder,rope,cutter, axes and other related material will be provided by the contractor.

Repairs to LT panel boards complete with necessary welding works to doors, replacement of unserviceable hinges and all drop bolts complete and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint of approved color internally and externally complete all as specified and as directed.

Replacement of damaged sheet of panel board of size 14 SWG to match to existing sheet including bending, cutting, pressing to required size and shape including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer to match the existing surface complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Restringing / restretching of LT OH line by replacing pin binding with new aluminium conductor and maintaining sag within permissible limit for 3 runs of ACSR conductor complete all as directed. Note :(i) Span from one pole to next pole (30 to 50 RM) will be considered as a one Job (ii) Any damage caused to existing system due to contractor's workmen will be rectified without any extra payment. (iii) T & P such as ladder, rope, cutter, Axes and other related material will be provided by the contractor.

Preparation of surfaces for HT/LT swaged poles by scrapping damaged paint and painting with two coats of aluminium paint and writing pole No with black paint on yellow colour at appropriate place complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Change over switch 63 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts housed in sheet metal enclosure including, replacement of incoming and outgoing cable connections with aluminium conductor cable, lugs, nuts, bolts etc including making connections complete all as directed.

Change over switch 100 Amps, 4 pole, 415 Volts housed in sheet metal enclosure including, replacement of incoming and outgoing cable connections with aluminium conductor cable, lugs, nuts, bolts etc including making connections complete all as directed.

Taking out old unserviceable MCCB TP / TPN four pole from existing LT panel board and supply and fix MCCB TP 63 amps capacity rup capacity 16 KA at 415 volt 50 Hz AC supply including necessary modifications in panel board if required to fix the MCCB complete with replacement of incoming and out going cable connection with lugs, aluminium conductor cable of proper size, nuts bolts all as directed.replacement of brunt lugs and wire/cable pieces etc as required at site complete all as directed.
