Taking down cement plaster of any description on brick/ stone masonary or concrete surfaces including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Demolition of brick masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for brick work with sub class ‘B’ brick, old size straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in CM 1:6 complete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 5mm thick in cement mortar 1:3 on fair faces of concrete, ceiling surfaces, surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar (1:4) mixed with water proofing compound on concrete or brick masonry surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed. (Note: Water proofing compound shall be measured and paid separately).

M&L for complaint related to plaster in patches including taking down and repaired with 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:6 and making good with adjacent portion of wall/ ceiling and match with two coats of putty and distemper/ white wash including curing and maching with the adjacent surface required colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Complaint shall be given by the JE incharge and it should be completed with in three days and failing will be charged as penalty of Rs 800/- per complaint. Area of one complaint is not exc 5.00 sqm each patch.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick masonry or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for complaint related to plaster in patches including taking down and repaired with 15mm thick plaster in CM 1:4 and making good with adjacent portion of wall/ ceiling and match with two coats of cement base paint/ white wash including curing and maching with the adjacent surface required colour complete all as specified and as directed. Note : Complaint shall be given by the JE incharge and it should be completed with in three days and failing will be charged as penalty of Rs 800/- per complaint. Area of one complaint is not exc 5.00 sqm each patch.

M&L for preparing newly plastered or un-plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of chalk whitining primer over applying 2mm thick wall care putty on walls in patches complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Prepration of newly plastered surfaces and applying three coat of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of cement based paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Preparation of newly plastered surfaces of walls and applying two coats of weather proof paint over a coat of primer and over 2 coat of waterproof putty in patches complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of unreinforced cement concrete in ground floor & paving n. exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level) complete all as specified and all as directed.

M&L for 40mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishes laid in panels & finished even and smooth using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in floor finishes laid in panels & finished even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75mm thick PCC 1:3:6 type C1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, in plinth protection laid in panels and finished even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary form work complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5 clear span, cills, steps, seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers ,apex stones, bed plates, water troughs and the like including use of formwork (straight or curved) ,including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, all as specified and as directed (Note :-reinforcement where provided shall be measured and paid seprately)

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc laid dry or and pointed complete all as specified and directed.

M&L 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8 type D-2 (using 40mm graded stone agg as in sub base finishing the surface even and rough to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 50mm thick sand cushioning and well ramming including watering as required complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for 60 mm thick Machine pressed rubber moulded precast concrete interlocking paver block any shape and size with grey cement and pigment, confirming to IS 15658-2006 of 60mm thickness M 35 Grade complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for coloured rubber moulded cement concrete chequered tiles of size 300x300x25 mm thick with cement and coloured pigment, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match as in floors including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor , hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing ) removing rubbish outside MD land complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for Vitriefied tiles 10mm thick LIGHT SHADE (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm in patches including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile complete all as specified.

M&L for complaint related to flooring in patches including taking down and repaired by using vitriefied tiles 10mm thick LIGHT SHADE (square/rectangular) polished area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36 sqm including 15mm thick screed bedding layer in CM 1:6, set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile complete all as specified and as directed . Note : Complaint shall be given by the JE incharge and it should be completed with in three days and failing will be charged as penalty of Rs 1000/- per complaint. M&L for Non skid ceramic coloured tiles 7 to 8 mm thick (Square or rectangular) area of each tile exc 0.11 Sqm but not exceeding 0.18 Sqm, in floor in patches etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the shade of tiles laid over and including screed bed or bedding layer 15 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 for laying floor finishes complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for glazed ceramic coloured tiles of size 450 x 300 x 6 to 7 mm on vertical surface such as skirting/dado etc. ,in patches set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match the colour of tile with & including rendering 10 mm thick cement plaster in cement mortar 1:4 finished rough to fix tiles complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for ENDURA outdoor tiles of size 30 cm x 30 cm x 10 mm thick, jointed and pointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white on coloured cement to match as in floors etc laid over in patches and including 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 18-20mm thick black granite stone slab machine cut as in skirting/dado, cooking platform, jams, pillars, windows cills and the like laid over and including 10mm thick screed bed or backing coat in cement mortar (1:4) and jointed with grey cement slurry and pointed with white cement and with admixture or pigment to match the shade of granite stone including grinding and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

Rounding to edges of stone slabs one edge, such as steps, cooking platform, and other similar situations complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine cut cudappa stone slab 20 to 25 mm thick over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 in floors laid and jointed with grey cement slurry mixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab including rubbing and polishing complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Precast cement concrete 1:2:4 type B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in landings, cover slab (for manholes etc) and similar work including necessary form work and set in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for Mild Steel TMT bar 8 mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape required including cranking, bending spirally for hoping for columns hooking ends and binding with & including Mild Steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips complete all as specified and directed.

Hacking out old broken glass (any the size quality or description) from wooden or steel frames glazed complete all as specified and directed.

S&F 3 mm figured glass, pin head type and glazing with beads fixed with m in squares n exc 0.5 sqm in each pane complete all as specified and directed.

S & F Sheet glass 3.0 mm thick ordinary quality and glazing with oil putty in square n exc 0.5 sq. m in each pane complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F in repair Stainless steel wire cloth 0.36mm nominal dia of wire and average width of aperture 1.18 mm fixed with tinned tacks or galvanised wire staples complete all as specified and as directed

Supply & Fix in repairs 18 mm thick, PVC sheet one side prelaminated of approved texture make as in Kitchen cabinet and cupboard (withshelves and partitions) including necessary fitting & fixtures as per manuacturer's instructions complete all as specified and as directed

Supplying and laying in repair of CPVC pipes SDR 11 & Plain CPVC SDR 11 fittings on walls/ceiling or laying in floors for 20mm bore of pipe including Brass elbow, Brass Tee, Male threaded brass adaptor, Female threaded brass adaptor for fixing CP bath fittings and all necessary fittings including taking down existing tubing fixing with solvent suitable for CPVC pipe etc complete all as specified and directed.
