Work

Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 m and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge.S I No.2.8.1

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cast of centering and shuttring all work upto plinth level. 1:5:10(1 cement: 5 coarse sand zone III derived from natural source: 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR 4.1.10

Brick work with common burnt clay F.P.S.(non modular) bricks of class designation 7.5 in 1:4 cement and C/S sand mortar in foundation and plinth. DSR 6.1.1

Providing and Laying in position Cement concrete of specified grade excluding cost of centering and shuttering - All work up to Plinth level: 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand(zone III) derived from natural sources : 3 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size derived from natural sources) DSR 4.1.2

12 mm thick plaster 1:4 with cement & Coarse sand of 1.25 FM fair side single and half brick wall including internal rounded angles chamfers and or rounded angles not exceeding 80mm in grith and finished even and smooth. DSR 13.4.1

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with Front end loader/ rotavator at OMC, and compacting with vibratory roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per clause 401.

P/L of 80 mm thick Zigzag shaped Ruber mould mechanically compressed inter locking cement concrete pavers block manufactured by high pressure & controlled vibration machine having plan with minimum 5mm thick topping of O.P cement mixed with 25% marble powder. The compressive strength of concrete paver blocks shall not be less than 30 MPs . as per TSC 1504 ROAD WORKS S.N. 34 MORD 1500(6.7)
