Material and labour for repair to pot holes, any depth, area n.exc 1.0 sqm each, including sweeping free from dust and mud or water scouring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat with paving bitumen @ 5Kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, using @ 4% weight of road metal well binder @ 9.8Kg Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chippings 6.3mm size and again well rammed to true surface (incl supply of premix macadam binder and chipping to uniform surface ) depth opf pot hole n.exc 30mm compl all as specified and directed Note:- Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

M & L providing & laying DBM on prepared surface with specific graded crushed aggregates with hot mix plant batch premixed with DBM transporting the hot mix to work site laying with mechanical paver finished to required grade level and alignment rolling with smooth wheeled vibratory and tendon roller to achieve the desired compaction with 4.5% bitumin content VG-30Grade complete in all respect & all as specified and directed.

M & L preparing of DBM surface by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked Mud etc sweeping with brooms & finally fanning the cleaned surfaces with air compressor to remove all loose dirt and applying evenly priming tack coat with paving bitumen primer @ 10 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumin VG10 & laying semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC) 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder (bitumen VG-30) content by weight of total mix with mechanical paver mixing in hot mix plant rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Material for bituminous SDAC shall be got done from approved lab as specified

Material and labour for preparing black top surfaces of road by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanningthe cleaned surface with air compressor to remove all loose dust and applying evenly a priming tack coat with paving bitumin primer @ 05 Kg per 10 Sqm using paving bitumin VG10 and laying premix asphaltic semi dense asphaltic concrete (SDAC)30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (VG-30) by weight of total mix, with mechanical paver mixing in hot mix plant rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient with 8 to 10 tonne roller complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Material for premixed bituminous macadam shall be mixed in hot mixing plant.

Material and Labour for marking lines dashes, arrows, letters etc on road pavement and the like of any width using thermoplastic compound white paint ,hot applied, 2 mm average thick,inclglass beads 250 gms /sqm area with the machine confirming to BIS 3262, and according to the specification laid down IRC & MORTH specification 20011 (4th revision), provided with thermostat machine complete all as specified.

Supply and fixing for road solar stud size 125x125x25mm made from aluminium alloy and PC construction, solar powered by monocrystal solar panel alongwith high capacity rechargable battery (led - 10mm, 3 pieces each side and total 6 pieces are used for high brightness) water proof confirming to IS-67-1977 having load capacity of 40 tonnes complete all as specified and directed. Make :- Dark Eye Cat Part No DA-110 (druv) or equivalent of Makes specified in list of Makes

Supply and fixing in repair for CAT EYE yellow colour road studs ABS plastic body confirming to IS-67-1977 having road capacity of 40 tonnes of size 100x100x18.50 heavy reflector yellow colour both side complete all as specified and directed. Make : DARK EYE-DA 978 or equivalent as approved by GE.

Supply and fixing poly carbonate convex mirror outdoor type 1000 mm dia made out of fibre alongwith bracket, fixing with and including MS pipe 50mm dia 1.5m long, embeded in PCC 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregates in block of size 0.30x0.30x0.45m including necessary excavation, earth work and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over coat of primer on steel and iron surfaces complete all as specified and directed Make of Poly carbonate convex mirror :- Dark eye, Frontier polymers Pvt Ltd or equivalent make approved by GE.Note: Rates are inclusive of MS pipe ,pcc & painting etc and nothing extra is admisssible on this account

Supply and fixing in repair pre coloured ( black/yellow) speed breaker/ speed bump made by rubber compression moulding, compact and high resistance capacity to with stand severe impacts. The precoloured UV stabilised material, colours in black and yellow combination with two reflectors. The whole breaker fixed along with epoxy and hardner and bolts supply with epoxy and harder as required, complete all as specified and directed. Make ;- Cat Eye, Model No DA-1008 or equivalent as approved by GE.
