Taking down carefully copper/Aluminium point wiring (Light,fan,socket or power) complete including fitting such as switches, socket, bell pushes, ceiling roses, pendants/batten holder, call bell, regulators etc all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for point wiring for one light point controlled by one switch one way in & including PVC conduit or casing and capping as per site requirement using FRLS PVC unsheathed multistrand copper conductor cable 1.5 sqmm single core for one light/fan point/bell point controlled by one switch including 3 mm thick plastic laminated sheet cover over PVC / wooden Box for earth continuity insulated PVC unsheathed(green colour) 1.5 sqmm copper earth wire connected to common earth dolly using and making good to distrubed surfaces of wall/floor including matching the existing colour complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Excavation, in trenches not exceeding 1.5 mtr wide and not exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying under ground cable in soft/llose soil and getting out complete all as specified & directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for maintenance free chemical earthing system complete with one No UL 464 approvrd copper bonded earth rod 17mm dia, 3.0 Mtr long electrode burried in ground to bore of 150mm dia , Vertically to a depth not less than 0.5 Mtr below normal ground level including provision to connect the earth continuity conductor with copper bonded earth rod as per manufacturer design or all as directed including 60 Kg NABLLAB certified back fill chemical compound for filling bore holes with Min 6.0 Kg of Hygroscopic Gel. The ground enhancement chemical may be used in place of back fill compound as required and manufacturer recommendation to obtain 1.0 Ohms earth resistance value. A layer of 250-300 mm soil ( Vegitable / Cotton soil) is also required out side earth bore including necessary ingredients and water during process to obtain desired value . The earthing copper strip of 20x3.0 mm up to length 7.5 Mtr upto test point from copper rod is also included. The scope included iron frame of size 20x20 mm fixed with hinged with pit cover of 300 x300 mm made of cast iron as per company standarad shall be as recommanded by manufacturer complete all as specified : Make;- JMV / Pargati electrocom / Enove/Marconite Note:- (i) Payment shall be made only after satisfactory testing to the entire satisfaction of GE. The contractor has made alternate earthing in case test result not found satisfactorywithout extra cost to the Govt quoted rates shall be deemed to included. (ii) Contractor shall submit one year guarantee for earth resistance below 2.0 Ohms and raeth neutral voltage less than that 2.0 volts.
