Notes : (i)The contractor should be in possession of valid electrical license to execute electrical works. (ii) Supervisor for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works employed by the contractor shall possesses supervisor certificate of competency issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory and the worker/ tradesmen for execution of electrical works/ electrical component of works shall hold necessary permit issued by concerned State Government/ Union Territory. Excavation in trenches not exc. 1.5 mtr wide and not exc.1.50 mtr depth for foundation etc or for shafts, wells, cesspits, manholes etc n.exc 10 Sqm on plan & n.exc 1.5 mtr in depth for laying of underground cable, erection of poles etc. and getting out in soft/loose soil including separating serviceable cable protection cover for re-use at site obtained during excavation complete all as specified and directed.

Returning, filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exceeding 25cm thick complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil not exc 50mtr distance and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 mtr above starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and laying un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed.

Laying only un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover class LV, type-I, flat size 250mm x 150mm x 40mm laid in trenches complete all as specified and directed. Note :- Serviceable cable cover obtained from Ser Item No 1 shall be reused.

M & L for sand cushioning by spreading in trenches fine cursh sand by gently punning down manually as in cable protection complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and Laying or fixing or passing through pipe, XLPE/PVC insulated, armoured heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor 1100 volts grade cross sectional area 150 Sqmm 3.5 core in trenches, along the wall including necessary connection and providing cable lugs as required including disconnection/taking down of existing unserviceable complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for provn of Earthing complete with M.S. galvanized earth plate electrode 600 x 600 x 6 mm thick buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 M deep below normal GL) with top edge of the plate not less than 2.50 M below normal GL, connected to Galvanized earth strip 32x6mm upto 7.5 mtr with protection pipe by means of bolts, nuts, check nuts & washers of GI or steel incl excavation, PCC (1:3:6) type C-1 chamber with RCC cover (1:2:4) type B0, 40 mm thick reinforced with 6 mm dia bar, 3 Nos. both way, 40mm dia light grade GI protection pipe, funnel with wire mesh,watering pipe of size 20 mm dia med. grade, lugs, main Earthing lead upto 7.5 mtr incl. M & L spray painting inside, outside complete to the LT panel boards outdoor type of size not exceeding 2.0 Mtr width 2.5 mtr in height and 0.75 mtr in depth with single coat of synthetic enameled paint of superior quality and approved colour after preparation of steel surface complete all as specified and directed.

Supply, installing, testing and commissioning of powder coated LT feeder panel cubical outdoor type (Double Door), channel mounted, compartmentalized in construction, all confirming to IS 8623 Part I 1993, CPRI approved, fabricated by enlisted make from 3 mm thick CRCA sheet & suitable size to accomadate all accessories / fittings, incommers, outgoings, bus-bars other components / parts etc. The TPN bus bar shall be insulated with colour coded heat shrinkable sleeve and shall be mounted on DMC / epoxy insulator. The bus bars shall have copper extension links for connecting with outgoings MCCB. The cubicle shall have a bottom channel & free standing frame (Height 0.60 Mtr from GL) made of angle iron of size not less than 50 mm x 50mm x 6mm & detachable predrilled gland plate of thickness not less than 3 mm thick powder coated should be used at the bottom for entry of armoured cable of adequate size with glands.The above panel shall be front centre openable/ lockable with key. The panel shall be dust, vermin peoof and powder coated of approved thickness complete including CT's control wiring with 1.5 Sqmm copper conductor wire and consisting of the following also including taking down of old unsv panel after disconnecting exiting cable & reconnecting the cables to new panels, removing the existing 5 Nos Energy Meters & refixing the same Energy Meters in new panel and including providing PCC foundation platfrom, execavation, grouting bolts etc. complete all as specified and directed :- (a) Copper bus bar 200 Amps for 3 Pahase and Neutral - 01 Set (b) MCCB TP- 63 Amp, 415 Volts, 25 KA - 01 No (c) MCB SPN 40 Amps, 10 KA, 230 Volts, 'C' Series - 6 Nos (d) Space for Fixing 5 Nos of Single Phase Energy Meter of Capacity 40 Amps (e) RYB indicators - 01 Set (f) Digital VAF Meter Conforming to Cat No - WL411010OOOO of L&T - 1 Nos ) Note - The lay out drawing of the panel shall be got approved by the contractor before panel fabrication and shall be fabricated from CPRI approved manufacturer

M&L for testing of old earthing using calibrated earth tester & submitting result to Engr -in -charge complete all as specified and directed. Note : (i) Watering of earthing with 2 Buckets (30Ltrs) water mixed with salt (total 20Kg) shall be carried out one day before the testing & the cost of the same shall deemed included in unit rate quoted. Note : A sum of Rs 50,525.00 towards sch of credit shall be deducated to arrive the contract sum.
