(3057 Sqm approx.), Park in front of Type-III & Type-IV. (1600 Sqm approx). , Parks near CISF Side (2205 Sqm approx.). , Park near Type-IV (2599 Sqm approx.), Park near Type-II. (5888 Sqm approx.)., Parks near shopping center (942 Sqm approx.)., Parks near Vita booth (554 Sqm approx.)., Parks near Rest House back side (587 Sqm approx.), Parks near Staff Club back side (1022 Sqm approx.)., Parks near staff club front side (322 Sqm approx.)., Parks near telephone exchange (161 Sqm approx.), Parks near transit back side (2867 Sqm approx.)., Park near 2nd Entry Gate. (3880 Sqm Approx.), Hedge cutting, ficus cutting & tree trimming, Sweeping in the lawn area., Maintenance of football ground, cricket ground & backstage area , Plumbing activities like fixing of rain guns, sprinklers, running of sprinklers, jointing of pipe connections along with any other related activity, Hiring of two No. Tractor Tankers for watering the existing plants & shrubs in RGTPP colony including cost of Drivers, helpers, Fuel, Maintenance & PVC Pipe for watering in plant area for minimum 240 working hour in a Month complete in all respect as per the direction of the Er-in-Charge. b) I. Minimum 3 no. Power lawn mowers, 2 no. electric/petrol power brush cutters, 2 no. electric/petrol power hedge cutters & 1 no. Shrub master for grass cutting II. 5 no. Rain guns (dia 1.25 inch minimum) for coverage area of at-least 50 ft. along with stand, hose pipes of 2 inch dia & other attachments as per requirement. III. All the requisite general T&P like Manual Scissors, Kassi, Dranti, Khurpi, Hexa, Axe, water pipes, 20 no. sprinklers and other miscellaneous items. IV. 2 no. Aluminium platform ladder of 6 ft. height for ficus cutting V. Maintenance of all the pipe lines already in use for irrigation in park area. Operation & mtc. of all the rain guns, sprinklers. Jointing of pipes including material required for jointing, supply of Tees, service saddles, pipes of various sizes (max. 100 ft.), valves of different sizes, sockets & reducers etc. required for running of irrigation system in the parks will be in firm’s scope. VI. 1 no. trolley for Collection, removal & lifting of cutting grass, shredded/trimmed tree leaves, hedge leaves, ficus leaves, other garbage in the work area along with its disposal at the designated places c) Supervisor for supervision of works.
