Installation of pandles as per required size with water proof by good quality polythine sheet or tripal having both side slop i.e. Dochala type and ceiling covered with fresh cloth. The structure will be supported by Bamboo frames, walling of the structure will be provided by polythine sheet and heavy cloth and as per direction as needed. Installation of pandel as per required size with G.C.I. sheet roofing and back side covered with 10’ hight G.C.I. sheet walling and fixing them with necessary bamboo structure, G.C.I. sheet covered with good quality cloth, ceiling covered with fresh cloth, the structure will be supported by bamboo frames and counter separated by bamboo railing and cloth.

Installation of Generator room with CGI sheet roofing and Tarja wall fitted with split bamboo providing with one hard wood meter board 10' x 7' size. The work included hire of all materials and cost of taking out same after Election.

Hire and labour charges for placing and fitting fixing with nails of hard wood shuttering board covered with terpoline for the floors of counters of DC-RC. The board to be placed 1 feet above than ground level by making bamboo frame structure with necessary post and runners.

Ralying should be done in two lines and provided intermediate post as necessary and also cloth covering as where required. (a) Installation of temporary Urinal by tarja or darma walling with sufficient space and proper drainage system with required slope

(b) Installation of Trench Latrine 4' X 4' made with darma in wall provided with fibre or porcelin pan & door made with darma.

Hire and labour charges for providing “Drop Gate” with 15 cm dia salbullah of length not less than 8 meter including hoisting and fitting fixing with bolts and nuts to vertical posts( 100 mm dia: 2 nos on each flank embedded 750 mm below the G.L) and providing counter load of concrete or stone or iron block at the fulcrum end including pointing ‘STOP’ plate, jute rope of necessary length etc. complete including dismantling and removal as per direction of the Engineer in charge.

Earth work in excavation for making earthen drain for drain out stagnant water.

Protection of door by fixing 3” x 2” size hard wood battens with necessary nuts and bolts on strong room.
