Outsourcing of daily for manning and operation of central sewage treatment plant located at domestic area utarlai, based on MBBR having capacity 1120 cubic metre per day to achieve treated water as per designed condition & pumping out recycle treated water through submersible pump sets round the clock in three shifts of 08 hrs (for 24 hrs including sunday and holiday) by employing trained man power, one FGM ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE per shift who can able to carry out daily routine operation of the plant. All the installed machinery to be operated as per laid down procedure of manufacturer's instruction and PS clauses. The details of installed machinery at sewage treatment plant are mentioned below :-

Raw sewage submersible pump sets 10 HP cap -03 Nos.

MBBR Reactor on RCC structure - 2 Nos.

Tube settler on RCC structure - 1 No.

Dual media filter with butterfly valves - 1 No.

Activated carbon filter with butterfly valves - 1 No.

Chlorine contact and clear water sump - 1 No.

Drying beds, size 7.1 x 7.1m = 10 Nos.

Air Compressors - 2 Nos.

Filter feed pump set - 2 Nos.

Cascading pump sets - 4 Nos.

Hypo dozing plant - 1No.

PE and PAC dozing system - 1 each set.

Submersible pump set for recycle treated water - 2 Nos.

Main control panel for STP and recycle pumping set - 1 Each (inside panel room).

Complete cabling for all machinery & MS piping /control valves at STP.

Chlorine contact tank - 1 No

Note for item 1 :- The following items are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the tenderer. i) T&P, stationary like Log sheets & Attendance Registers and all consumable items like cotton waste, insulation tape, Gland packing’s, grease and broom required for operation & maintenance will be provided by the tenderer. ii) Uniform for operators on duty will be issued by the tenderer. iii) Cleaning of surrounding area near installation will be the responsibility of the tenderer. iv) Minor repairs like replacement of lugs, connector, push button in control panel, relay / timer setting in motor starter, gland packing in pump. v) Daily maint of raw sewage sump by removing unwanted materials floating in the sump which is not covered under raw sewage should be removed from the sump and should be disposed off from the premises of installation in order to achive good running and efficiency of raw sewage motor.

M & L for motor rewinding of 3 phase electric non clog submersible pump vertical type 7.5 KW/ 10 HP capacity with super enamelled copper conductor of same guage, weight and turns to achieve its full efficiency including windings and connecting the coils and removing of old burnt winding, bringing the connections as that of exisitng complete including replacement of rusted nuts, bolts, worn out bearing and water seal etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge. Note: (i) The rate of transportation of pump motor from site to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contactor. (ii) The rent of T&P for handling the pump motor assembly during dismantling and refixing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contratcor (iii) The rate for disinfecting/chmical wash of the pump before opening the motor repairing at work shop is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor.

M & L for servicing of air blower (air compressor) of capacity 450 Cum/Hr horizontal type by opening the electric connection, nozzle, etc complete all as specified and directed by the Engr-in-Charge.

Repair to 3 phase 415 Volts 1460 RPM Electric motor 15 KW /20HP with following works :- (i) Dismantling of motor, cutting and taking out burnt stator winding from motor cleaning the stator and rewinding with super enameled copper the stator and rewinding with super enameled copper wire of original gauge/size including tapping varnishing, drying, painting, assembling complete and carrying to pump house reinstalling including necessary connection, commissioning and testing (Major spare parts will be measured and paid separately under respective items) Note :- (i) The rate of transportation of pump motor from site to workshop and back is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contactor. (ii) The rent of T&P for handling the pump motor assembly during dismantling and refixing is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor (iii) The rate for disinfecting/chmical wash of the pump before opening the motor repairing at work shop is deemed to be included in the rate quoted by contractor. (iv) Cost of minor spare parts like nuts, bolts, washers,terminal blkock deemed to have been included in quoted rates.

Dismantling carefully parts of serviceable butterfly valve 200mm dia, removing the rust from the valve by using cleaning agent, changing the rubber gasket on both sides, changing all nuts and bolts, cleaning the spindle, including packing glands duly applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of bitumen paint of approved quality and refitting the same of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling carefully parts of serviceable butterfly valve upto 150mm dia, removing the rust from the valve by using cleaning agent, changing the rubber gasket on both sides, changing all nuts and bolts, cleaning the spindle, including packing glands duly applying one coat of red oxide primer and two coats of bitumen paint of approved quality and refitting the same of complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Hypo chlorite solution (liquid chlorine) having 6% chlorine content in sealed HDPE container confirmed to IS

Outsourcing of daily for manning & operation of central pump house located inside domestic area & pumping out water from semi under ground sumps through centrifugal pump sets to operate as and when required to keep continous water supply round the clock in three shifts of 08 hrs (for 24 hrs including sunday and holiday) by employing trained man power (One FGM per shift), ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE on this trade who can able to carryout daily routine operation of the water supply installation. All the installed machinery to be operated as per laid down procedure of manufacturer's instruction and PS clauses. The details of installed machinery at canal water pump house are mentioned below.

Note for item 11 :- The following items are deemed to be included in the quoted rates by the tenderer. i) T&P, stationary like Log sheets & Attendance Registers and all consumable items like cotton waste, insulation tape, Gland packing’s, grease and broom required for operation & maintenance will be provided by the tenderer. ii) Uniform, metal shoe, safety mask/helmet, gloves, disinfectant like soap, liquid handwash for operators on duty will be provided by the contractor. iii) Cleaning of surrounding area near installation will be the responsibility of the tenderer. iv) Minor repairs like replacement of lugs, connector, push button in control panel, relay / timer setting in motor starter, gland packing in pump, gland packing in sluice valve in installation permises.

Supply calcium based high strength granular chlorination chemical a white off white free flowing granular material which is free of foreign materials decomposing at 177 degree C soluble in water and alcohol not hygroscopic practically clear in water solution auration level. The material should not contain more than 5% to 10% moisture. Granular should be as mesh passing through 100BS 1.5% maximum iron as Fe 0.05% maximum Mn 40 PPM maximum Mol wt 142.98, Toxicity: Oral rate LD 50-850mg/Kg. Make approved by AHQ E-in-C's Branch, New Delhi/Zonal Chief Engineer

Cutting green growth / vegetation growth for cleaning out the area by cutting up root, unwanted plants/bushes and removal the same to a distance not less than 50 mtr directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Outsourcing of daily for manning and Operation and of BISON Tech hanger DG Set complete to operate as and when required to keep continous electric supply (08 hrs including sunday and holiday) in ONE shift of 8 hours employing one operator with ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE of suitable qualification as specified and mention in particular specification and maintenance of installed machinary to be carried out as per PS clause . Maintenance & operation of Electrical sub station and water supply installation including attending day to day electric (HT/LT supply) & water supply complaints including maitenance of street lights for area located inside OTM Accn at Choutan and choutan top hill round the clock in 3 shifits of 8 hours per shift by employing trainned man power , ITI qualified or well experienced of the trade as approved by GE on this trade who can able to carryout daily routine maintenance & operation of the electric & water supply installation including attending daily complaints. (one Electrician cum plumber each shift for 08 Hrs in three shifts). All the installed machinery to be operated as per laid down procedure of manufacturer's instruction and PS clauses. Uniform for electrician & helper on duty will be issued by the tenderer.

Cleaning of surrounding area & inside pump house/ transformer room shall be the resposibility of the tenderer.

Vechile will be arranged by the user unit to attend complaints at Choutan 43 WEU. T & P like ladders, necessary tools for electrical/ plumbing work shall be arranged by the tenderer. All safety precautions to be taken by the tenderer for his men while working on HT/ LT electric supply. NOTE FOR ALL TENDERER FOR ITEM SER NO- 01, 11, 14 & 15 : “The rate quoted shall not be less than minimum wages as notified by Government of India/State Government/Local body whichever is higher including all statutory provisions such as EPF, ESIC, Bonus, taxes etc. as applicable. In case the rates quoted are less than the minimum wages, his tender will be treated as non bonafide and will not be considered for acceptance. In such case, the lowest tender shall be determined by the lowest amount among valid/bonafide bids only”.
