Providing and laying tack coat with bitumen VG-10 grade pressure distributor at the rate of 0.30 kg. per sqm. on the prepared bitumen / granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom including cost of bitumen as per MoRD specification.

20mm thick open graded premix carpet - Providing Laying and rolling of open graded premix carpet of 20mm thickness composed of 13.2 to 5.6 aggregate using bitumen VG-10 of 1.35Kg/Per Sqm. (93% bitumen's) and processed waste plastic @ 0.11 Kg/Sqm. (Plastic Waste 7%) as per IRC-SP-98-2013 to required line, grade and level to serve as wearing course on a previously prepared base, including mixing in a suitable plant, transported to site, laying and rolling with a three wheel 80-100KN static roller capacity, finished to required level and grades to be followed by seal coat of type B as per MoRD specification clause 508.

Providing and laying ‘B’ type seal coat with VG-10 grade bitumen excluding cost of tack coat with mixed material brought from hot mix plant and laying with paver finisher and compacting with road roller to achieve specified/desirable value of compaction as per direction of Engineer including cost of lighting arrangement, sign board and night watch, complete and fine aggregate mixing with hot mix plant and paver and compacted with road roller complete in all respects as per PWD/MoRD specification including cost of bitumen VG-10 grade.

Earth work on berms including excavation of earth, in all kind of soils including dressing the bank, side slope to given levels and templates after breaking of clouds, including the cost of rolling and watering all allowances for labour hardness wetness irrespective of all lead and lift, but including Compensation for earth taken from private land, fields etc. and to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer of the work (NS) X-Section attached at Page No. 114 of DNIT.

Providing & Marking center line / Zebra Crossing with hot applied thermo-plastic road marking paint complete in all respects such as furnishing all labour, materials tools, equipments including all incidental costs necessary for carrying out the work at site conforming to the technical specification clause 803.4 of MoRT&H specification for road and bridge works (5th edition) 2013 as directed by the Engineer. Sheet 16 gauge connected / welded with 5mm thick steel plate of 50mm duly painted as per column mentioned in the drawings and fixing at site in 60 x 60 x 75 cms. Cement concrete 1:2:4 block complete in all respect (N.S.)

Providing and installing shoulder mounted directional signages of of various sizes using non metallic micro- prismatic retro reflective sheet conforming to IRC : 67-2012 type IV ,HIP specification fixed on 3mm thick Aluminum Composite Panels as base board with pressure- sensitive adhesive having 0.5 mm thick Aluminum on both sides supported on single or two nos. Mild Steel Pipe post 80mm NB Medium Class 4 mm thick embedded in M-20 Grade concrete foundation of size (450mm x 450 mm x600mm ) ( 600mm x 600mm x 600mm ), complete as per drawings. Pavement maker ( Cat Eyes) Molded shank raised pavement markers made of polycarbonate and ABS mounled body and reflective panels with mocro prismatic lens as per manufacture's recommendation and complete as directed by the Engineer ( of reputed make such as 3M etc.) (N.S)
