Disconnecting & removing existing unserviceable battery and S&F 12V, 150 AH tubular battery including terminal clamps, copper lead of suitable length and size including testing and commissioning all as directed. Make: Exide/ SF/ Amaron

Supply & fix as in repair sheet metal enclosure of thickness 2.00 mm withIP-42 protection, 4P, 125 Amps, 415 volts, 50 Hz Bypass switch complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing as in repair 6 way vertical type of MCCB TPN DB, double door, IP-43, IK-09, suitable for flush mounting type, powder painted with 200 Amps copper bus bar for each phase, neutral link, earth bar and Din rail ,415 Volts complete all as specified and as directed .

Supply and fix as in repair MCCB 125 Amps, TPN/4 pole, 415 volt, breaking capacity 16 KA Thermal magnetic type, suitable for fixing in VTPN DB complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. Note :(i) MCCB should be Ics = 100 % Icu (ii). MCCB should be adjustable O/L (0.8-1)In and S/C - (5-10)ln

Supply & fixing as in repair MCB TP 415 Volts, 'C' series, breaking capacity 10 KA of rating 25 to 63 Amps complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix as in repair sheet metal enclosure of thickness 2.00 mm with IP-42 protection, 2 pole DC MCCB of rating 320 Amps, thermal magnetic type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix as in repair sheet metal enclosure of thickness 2.00 mm with IP-42 protection, 2 pole DC MCCB of rating 32 Amps, thermal magnetic type complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M & L for sub-main wiring with 10 Sq.mm (nominal area) PVC unsheathed multi strandard copper conductor PVC insulated 1100 volt grade 4 runs of single core cable drawn through and including rigid PVC conduit medium grade minimum 25 mm size / casing capping as per site requirement and its accessories complete along with one single core PVC insulated unsheathed multistranded copper conductor cable green colour of size 10 Sqmm as continuous earthing wire and connecting to common earth dolly including taking down u/s wiring complete all as directed and specified. Note : Five runs of PVC copper cable and one run of PVC conduit will be measured as one RM.

M & L for XLPE insulated, PVC innersheathed, unarmoured, 25 Sqmm single core multistrand 1100 volts grade copper conductor (FRLSH quality) cable drawn through and including PVC conduit medium grade minimum 20 mm size and its accessories for fixing on wall including taking down existing u/s cable complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer in Charge.

Material and labour earthing with copper plate 60×60cm ×3.15mm thick electrode and 20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead, buried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below normal ground level with top edge of the earth plate not less than 1.5 mtr deep below normal ground level connected to20×3mm copper strip as earthing lead by means of nuts, bolts and washers of steel after welding of GI strip to earth electrode to the full length of earth plate, GI medium grade pipe 40 mm bore protection pipe upto test point, 20mm dia GI light grade watering pipe with funnel and wire mesh, RCC pit cover of size 300x300x40mm reinforced with XPM having weight not less than 4Kg/sqmm including 6mm thick MS bar handle made to shape, PCC pit with 1:3:6 type C1, adequate qty of charcoal dust and salt layers all around the earth plate, excavation , earth work in any type of soil, removal of excavated soil and returning filling in all as required at site complete all as specified in plate No 3 of SSR Part-I and all as specified or indicated including dismantling old defective earth pit. NOTE :-Rates inclusive of necessary excavation in any type of soil, earth work, PCC pit, RCC cover, funnel with watering pipe,Copper earth strip upto 7.5 m long for connecting to test point etc. all as required at site for complete earthing and dismantling old defective earthpit.
