Shredding Machine (25 HP) The plastic shredding machine shall be automatic and suitable for shredding and grinding all seven categories of plastic waste, including hard plastics such as PET, HDPE, and LDPE. The machine shall have a throat size of 24” × 14”–30”, fitted with 6 blades (4 rotor blades and 2 fixed blades) of size 18” × 5”, mounted on an equally balanced rotor shaft. It shall be capable of achieving a shredding capacity of 200–250 kg per hour, producing output particle size of 3–4 mm using a 13 mm mesh screen. The overall dimensions of the machine shall be approximately 56” × 72” × 60”, and the hopper shall be easily accessible for feeding material.

Phatka Machine The Fatka Machine shall be designed for cleaning of all types of soft plastic waste using an air-blower mechanism. The machine shall have overall dimensions of approximately 8 ft × 6 ft × 4.5 ft and a weight of about 400 kg. The body shall be fabricated from 3 mm thick mild steel sheet. It shall have a production capacity of 150 kg per hour and shall be equipped with a rotor of 14-inch diameter and 6 ft length, fitted with 8 rotor rods. The machine shall include a 10 HP motor and a B-section pulley of 10-inch diameter, with suitable B-section belts, along with pedestal-type bearings for smooth operation.

Flat Conveyor Belt The flat segregation conveyor belt shall be designed for automated manual segregation of dry waste with provision for worker seating arrangements along the conveyor. The system shall have overall dimensions of approximately 25 ft × 3 ft × 2.5 ft, with a conveyor belt length of 10 meters, operating at 0-degree incline. The conveyor shall be fitted with a 15-inch rotor, pedestal-type bearings, and a mild steel stand, with a production capacity of 5 tonnes per day or per shift. The belt speed shall be variable and controllable from 5 ft/min to 30 ft/min.

Weighing Machine - 600 Kg The electronic weighing scale shall be of platform type with a maximum capacity of 600 kg and a platform size of 1000 mm × 1000 mm, fabricated from mild steel. The scale shall be equipped with a red LED display and shall operate on a 230 V power supply with a power consumption of approximately 10 watts.
