Schedule 'A'Section-II (Misc Items of Works) Note : This schedule is not pre-priced by MES and the pre-priced rate indicated as "Rs 0.00" under Col. 5 siginifies this fact only.

Preparation of new plastered surfaces/existing platered surfaces and applying acrylic wall care putty in internal/external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/ cantilevers /balcony/ceilings etc (thickness vary from 1.5 to 2.5 mm as required for desired smoothness and levelling of surfaces in two or more layers) by using ready made wall care putty including sand papering after filling the putty to make surface smooth and ready for receiving interior/exterior painting complete all as specified and directed. Notes : (i) The prepared surface after wall putty, the contractor will inform to the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge for site inspection before applying further external finishes. Please note that the further external finishes work will start only after approval of the prepared surface from the GE as well as to the Engineer-in-Charge through site order.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller / brush to wall surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of interior emulsion paint (white shade) @ 10 sq.m/litre/2 coats to ceiling surfaces over & including a coat of interior wall primer @ 10 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of interior emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

Preparation of surfaces and applying 02 coats of exterior emulsion paint (light shade) @ 5 sq.m/litre/2 coats by using roller to external walls/RCC surfaces/soffits of chajjas/roof projections/cantilevers/balcony etc surfaces over & including a coat of exterior wall primer @ 11 sq.m/litre/1 coat as recommended for under coat by manufacturer of exterior emulsion complete all as specified and directed.

S&F false ceiling of 10 mm thick gypsum board over and including concealed grid system complete fixed in all respect and all as per manufacturer's instructions in one/two/three levels and making recess for light fittings as per pattern/design approved by AO and including supply and fixing of items all as specified as below :- Note : The complete item shall be got executed through the authorised applicator of manufacturer only all as specified and directed.

(a) S&F Suspended Plain Ceiling includes Perimeter Channel {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa, Finish- Galvanised 150GSM(IS27 )} is fixed along the perimeter of existing wall/ partition with the help of HILTI HPS - 1 (6x40) impact anchor, at 600mm centres.

(b) S&F Ceiling Angle {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} is suspended by fixing it to the Gyproc® soffit cleat {GI(IS513)YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277) }. Soffit Cleat and Gyproc® Rawl Plug- Ø8x45mm {Material-IS 513 CR2 grade, Zinc coating (7 to 8 microns) pull out load- 6.8kN for M30 concrete grade} creating 1220mm x 1220mm grid.

(c) S&F Intermediate channel {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277) } is fixed to the Ceiling Angle with M6 x 12mm Hex Bolt & Hex Nut arrangement {Material–As per EN 10083 Finish – Zinc Plating} or with 2 Nos of Ø4.2x13 Gyproc® metal to metal screw {Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50 Finish- Zinc Coating Thickness- 4.14micron.}

(d) S&F Ceiling Section {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} is then fixed to the Intermediate Channel {Material-GI(IS513),YS-260Mpa,Finish-Galvanised 150GSM(IS277)} with the help of Gyproc® Connecting Clip {Material-High carbon spring steel wire(BS970Gr.En42)-46-48HRC,Finish- Zinc plating 4-6 micron} and in direction perpendicular to the Intermediate channel at 457mm c/c.

(e) S&F Single layer of 12.5mm tapered edge Plain (conforming to IS 2095-Part 1:2011, ISI Certified board) is then screw fixed to ceiling section with 25mm drywall screws {Material-Carbon steel EN-ISO 7049/50,Finish-Case hardened Grey Phosphating} at 230mm centres on ceiling section & 150mm at periphery of ceiling.

(f) Finally square and tapered edges of the boards are to be jointed and finished so as to have a flush look which includes filling and finishing with Pro-Fill Jointing compound (Conforms to ASTM C475), Gyproc® Joint Paper tape.

M&L for fixing Iron Rawl Type Anchor Fastener 12mm dia and 125mm long incl washer etc for fixing MS frame work to brick/RCC/concrete structures complete all as specified.

S&F Multiwall Polycarbonate Sheets of 6mm thickness of any colour as approved as in roofs complete fixed in position including all accessories as per manufacturer's instructions including overlaps etc. all as specified. Note : Overlaps shall not be measured and paid seprately.

M&L for ACP sheet of 4mm thickness of approved plain colour/shade for chajjas/sun-shades/cladding and the like works etc. fixed to frame work of MS/aluminium/hollow sections of any size description including finishing all the joints with silicon or as per manufacturer's instructions complete in all respect and complete fixed in position incl scaffolding/ladders etc as required and also making the joint between wall and chajjas/sun-shade water proof all as specified. Note : Frame Work shall be measured and paid separately.

Providing and Laying Premium (1st) quality digitally printed straight edge, glazed ceramic rectangle tile in approved shade and finish in coloured tiles 600 X 300 mm and 8-9 mm thick, in any pattern of light & dark/highlighters tiles etc as approved, on vertical surfaces such as in skirting/dado etc, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including 10 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in white cement with pigment to match the colour of tiles complete all as specified.

M&L for Premium (1st) quality straight edge, ceremic tiles 300 X 300 mm and 7 -8mm thick, as in floors etc. in any shade and design/pattern of light & dark tiles as approved/matching with wall tiles , set & jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in matching colouredpolymer cement based grout to match over and including 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

M&L for Premium (1st) quality straight edge, stain free, matt finish, square vitrified tiles in 600 x 600 x 9 to 10 mm thick , as in floors / skirtings etc. in approved shade, set & jointed in neat cement slurry including and over 20mm thick screed bed in CM (1:4) and pointed in white coloured cement to match, in floors etc complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

S&F stainless steel tubing of 25 mm dia chromium plated min. 1.0 mm wall thickness as in curtain rod complete incl S&F 02 Nos stainless steel brackets and finials fency type, stops fixed with ss screws etc all as specified & directed as in repair . Note : For the purpose of mesurement and payment running length of curtain rod only shall be considered.

S&F vitreous china premium/1st quality Orissa Pan water closet white colour of size 580X440mm including connection to drain (or out going pipe) and to flushing pipe, antisyphonagee pipe,etc.,with flush pipe and including and taking down existing of any description/size complete in all respect all as specified.

S&F Concealed flushing cistern of PVC 10 ltr. cap. with dual flushing system, valveless syphonic action type, with inlet/outlet ball valve, float and including brackets and connection to pipe etc. and incl all necessary accessories as recommended by manufacturer for fixing, packing and including actuator knob / flush plates and making space / cavity in existing brick work wall for fixing and taking down existing of any description / size complete in all respect all as specified.

S&F CP brass jet spray with 1.5M PVC flexible tube complete in all respect all as specified and directed.

M&L for Baroda Green marble, machine cut as in shelves/steps/ landings/ cills/ jambs/skirting/border only in tile flooring and the like works and flooring etc, 15-16 mm thick including bull-nose the exposed sides/lengths, set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed of 15 mm thick rendering in cement mortar (1:4) and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab for fixing on concrete surfaces or with suitable adhesive for fixing on un-polished kota stone slabs including rubbing, cutting and mirror type granite polishing and including dismantling/demolition complete all as specified. Note : Single piece should be used in steps/cills/jambs/shelves.

S&F overhead shower 70mm dia with 235mm long shower arm and incl all necessary accessories as recommended by manufacturer for fixing and taking down existing of any description/size complete in all respect all as specified.

Taking down of existing CI pipe 100 mm bore and refixing the same after cleaning painting with 2 coats synthetic enamel paint in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Providing and laying 3mm thick APP (Atactic Polyproplene Polymer) modified prefabricated five layer, weight not less than 4.0 Kg/Sqm water proofing membrane black finished, reinforced with non-woven polyster matt make as approved including of a coat of bitumen primer @ 0.40 ltr/sq.m by the same membrane manufacturer of density 0.87 to 0.89 Kg/Ltr at 25 degree C temperature and viscosity 70 - 160 cps Over the coat, 3mm th 5 layered APP membrane shall be laid using butane torch and sealling all joints etc after the surface complete as per standard practice as per manufacturers instructions. The vital physical and chemical parameters of the membrane shall be as under - (i) Joint strength inlongitueinal and transverse direction at 23 degree C as 650/450N/5cms (ii) Tear strength in longitudinal and transverse direction as 300 / 250 N/. Softening point of membrane not less than 150 degree C Cold flexibility upto 20 degree C when tested in accordance with ASTM (D05147) (iii) The laying of membrane shall be got done through the authorised applicator of manufacturer of membrane only all as specified and directed.

M&L for laying factory made un-reinforced precast concrete tiles of size 250mm x 250mm x 22mm, machine pressed as on roof surface, confirming to IS1237-1980, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4, set and jointed with grey cement slurry complete all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.

Applying three coats of brush bond acrylic based cementitious material of approved quality for sunken portion treatment all as per manufacturer instructions and providing 200 micron thick polythene film over 85/25 grade bitumen layer @ 0.5Kg/Sqm all as specified and directed by Engineer in Charge.
